The employees they had working today were phenomenal! They were getting verbally abused by a customer and I stepped up in their defense to tell the customer that they do not need to talk to employees like they were. They handled the customer with the upmost respect, way better than I would have.
Husband and I had the pleasure of being waited on by Zachary Smith today. His attitude, friendly service and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. If only he was in every establishment we visited, it would be a perfect world. Exceptional customer service is so hard to come by these days and keeps us home more. Thank you for today, Zach.
