Its taco bell wasn't expecting much but it was really crispy not soggy and really had good flavor compared to other taco bells i have been to in the last 2 yrs.

The food is fine but the staff is exceptional! Management, seriously needs to have more than two employees on shift. Now I don’t know their names so I have to describe them by their physical attributes and race….There was a tall white guy with a ponytail handling the drive thru packing those orders. Meanwhile, there was a an African-American girl cooking ALL the food, packing orders for all of us who came inside. They BOTH kept it calm and professional while fixing meals for 40mins to an hour straight no breaks. It was as if an event let out or 30 families all descended on Taco Bell at once because I saw the lobby go from empty to super packed in minutes. C’mon Taco Bell, having those kiosk doesn’t replace the need for a human behind the counter. I hope the two staff members who made my food today at 5:30pm go home and get some much deserved rest. If they both quit this location and management would be SOL. This place is right off the interstate so I imagine this location has a constant flow of customers.

The staff was friendly, the service was fast, I would give it a 5 star rating but my lunch ended up giving me explosive diarrhea. I don't think it's the restaurant's fault though. That's just Americanized Mexican food for you. Eat at your own risk and make sure you're near a bathroom for the next few hours. If you take those considerations into consideration then you'll be fine.

You can make better tacos at home. Only in an absolute would I go to a Taco Bell. Once a year. Then my stomach is tore up. NOT worth the time or money.

I got the $5 box. The five layer burrito was filled to the max. The taco was full as well. The cinnamon twist were hot and fresh. BTW: In case you didn't already know, they no longer have a breakfast menu. They are open but they only have the regular menu.

I've been going to this Taco bell regularly late night for a while seems like the over night crew finds it funny and professional to make tacos with no meat on them and serve this to the customer. I'm completely done with this location

Store ran out of nacho cheese? Already wild bc it's taco bell. But then they refused to substitute any other kind of cheese bc there is a price difference?? Absolutely horrible experience. Laughable actually. Girl in the drive thru told me to cancel my mobile order so she could charge me more for shredded cheese. It's not my fault that you're out of an item and you're definitely not going to charge me extra to substitute.

Tacos had very very little meat on it. Rest of my order was nice and hot plenty of ingredients. Staff was polite and did not rush me in the ordering process.

The food is usually consistent and the staff is friendly, but the drive-thru experience is frustrating. Large orders often sit at the window for close to 10 minutes without being asked to pull forward, which causes the whole line to back up. The kitchen tends to get overwhelmed by these big orders, and it leads to long waits — even for something simple. I’ve waited 15+ minutes for a small order, where other locations would’ve had me out in 2–3 minutes.

very slow service, every employee had a nasty attitude especially the black girl with purple braids and the white girl with glasses. we were there for 20 minutes for a got dang beefy burrito and some fries, i almost got behind that counter and started fixing the food myself!
