Went in to order, and since I used the kiosk, the service was great. The food was good. I was the only customer in the restaurant so the atmosphere was great! I know I'm being a little sarcastic, but all is true. I really miss the counter service.
Incomplete order and very skimpy on the ingredients their stuff looks like it has aneamea compared to other locations.

walked in with my family because drive thru is getting complicated with a family of 6. walk in, not busy inside, got maybe 3 cars in drive thru lane. we wanted to make an order to go. waited until a guy acknowledged us, he says order from the kiosk. we'll one of them is completely broken, and I try the other and it doesn't half work either. said screw it and went to Arby's. terrible service...why do I need to use a kiosk...just take the order? why are we being forced to stop interacting with another human? where's the service? that kiosk crap is for the birds..forcing us to try to use a crap system is BS

Tacos were cold and asked for sour cream and they didn’t put any on most of the tacos and if they had sour cream it was on one end of the taco.

ALL ways gets order wrong. Check at the window before I pull off. Taco been hard she'll no cheese. But they most of the time put cheese on it.

Manager is very helpful and goes above and beyond job duty. Very respectful and a great problem solver. Taco bell on winston rd.

I completely understand the struggles of being understaffed but I waited almost 20 minutes with only a f150 in front of me just now, I got 2 items and a meal and one of the items was a burrito which was cold, and the other item was a cantina chicken quesadilla, it was nice and perfect temperature and only had 3 pieces of chicken on it, the actual meal was good but the over all food felt like it was rushed to be made with way to long of a wait for 3 things, I constantly have the same problems with this same store of huge wait or the food not being done right, by no means do I expect a 5 star restaurant experience from a taco bell but it's at the point that Thomasville taco bell is better which says something. Save your money or drive to tville and get a better meal.
