My husband one day told me about this food truck and how good their food was. Everyone that knows me knows that I love to cook and love really good food. Well I tried their food and I would have to say their food is absolutely amazing to the extent I would honestly rather go there and eat over any restaurant in or near Lexington, NC. I honestly eat there at least 6 times each week or as many times that I can find them open. The food is so amazing and my favorite is the brisket tacos. Their home squeezed pineapple drink is amazing too! If you have never taken the time to stop at their food truck to get something to eat you are truly missing out. I know that I will be back as often as possible. They are currently setting up on Main Street in Lexington corner of Cotton Grove Road next to where the old Bojangles used to be. Look for the big red food truck. Normally Monday through Friday approximately 12:00 to about 8 or 9 pm. Please give them a try and trust me you will go back. Hope you have a blessed evening 🤗

Stopped by Tacos El Lobo in Lexington today and tried the chicken gordita and tacos de birria—both were legit. The gordita was packed with flavor and had a great texture, and the birria tacos were rich and tender with just the right amount of kick.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for something solid and authentic.
