Stopped by Tacos El Lobo in Lexington today and tried the chicken gordita and tacos de birria—both were legit. The gordita was packed with flavor and had a great texture, and the birria tacos were rich and tender with just the right amount of kick.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for something solid and authentic.

Traditional Mexican food is the best!! This trailer has the best tacos sopes etc around!! Have to give a special shout out to there lingua/cow tounge the best in the business

I haven't seen the in while because they moved to the other gas station. Tacos are still as good as always
Highly recommend this food truck in Lexington, very delicious. They take cash and card . Service was fast and very attentive. The tacos are delicious especially theSuadero meat (brisket beef) and the chorizo (red sausage) . Parking is a bit crowded at times due to the traffic coming in and out from the meat store . There usually always parked behind the meat store . I’m not sure on the time and certain days they are available but we have gone through the week around 5-7pm and we have seen them . Definitely come out and support this local food truck .
Parking: Parking may be difficult since they are located in a parking lot already . Sometimes there is a lot of traffic coming in and out from the near stores but you should be able to find parking .
