My husband one day told me about this food truck and how good their food was. Everyone that knows me knows that I love to cook and love really good food. Well I tried their food and I would have to say their food is absolutely amazing to the extent I would honestly rather go there and eat over any restaurant in or near Lexington, NC. Stopped by Tacos El Lobo in Lexington today and tried the chicken gordita and tacos de birria—both were legit. The gordita was packed with flavor and had a great texture, and the birria tacos were rich and tender with just the right amount of kick.
Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area and looking for something solid and authentic.
