The bbq is very dry. Had to use the sauce to give it any flavor. Rating is 90. Was never greeted for pickup order. Customer (inside) standing at counter for a tea refill, while to go order customer food was ready sitting on counter while employee seemed to be counting tips, keeping all 3 of us waiting. Saw 3 people in kitchen just seem to be hanging out, walking around doing nothing with their prep gloves still on. Waitress making tea was saying she had to throw out an entire bag of sugar then I guess she realized we could hear her and said nothing else as to why. Hmmmm???
