I have lived in Lexington for many years and just got around to trying Tasty China. I had forgotten what a really good egg roll tasted like! I had shrimp egg rolls and hot and sour soup. I will definitely be going back!

Every time I go to visit NC, I always miss Chinese food and go visit Tasty China. The food there is always great and never had a problem with the food. Excellent!
Do not believe what the viral video say as the original poster is not even a health inspector. He did not even go in the kitchen area to see. How will you assume these hard workers are being unclean? Please do not destroy a hidden gem of a restaurant. ❤️

I’ve tried this place many times and nothing has been dirty everytime I go there. The food has been great and I haven’t had any food problems.
Do not believe what the video is showing, it’s utterly disrespectful to do that for small businesses trying to make a living. The employee lady did a great job not letting the person in, who knows what they could have done in the kitchen.
Hope this community can change for the better.

The service is great and the staff seem really nice, which I appreciate. Unfortunately the food I got is just sub-par. I got a wonton soup and a beef fried rice, and while the food was nice and hot (as it should be), the broth in the soup had 0 flavor and the rice tasted extremely bland, even adding duck and soy sauce did not help.
