Driving through on our way to Asheville and looked up places to eat with a dog. Two pubs popped up, but they didn’t look open when we drove by. We had settled on the idea of (blah) fast food. Looked over to the corner and saw The Eatery with cafe tables outside! Got two orders of street tacos and they were phenomenal! Lucky us! Borrowing from Bob Ross, what a happy little accident!

I don't know if the people who go there don't know about Mexican food. This is my first time going and I honestly wouldn't go again. Poor meat and very hard tortillas. Definitely, the food trucks. 90% of the food is the best. I paid $30 for a burrito, an order of tacos, and two drinks. I paid almost $40 for the same thing. I understand it's a restaurant, but when I say a little meat, it's almost nothing. I didn't complain because experiencing is good, so you know if you'll come back again. And I never do. That's my opinion.

The ingredients are top shelf, the technique on the Birria is as good as it gets, the people are great and I had to tell everyone about it! Moved here from Los Angeles a while ago and thought would never find the good Mexican food, but here it is! And would even say I enjoy more than back home

I found them on Google based on their reviews and it did not disappoint! I certainly had low expectations admittedly because we are in a small town/city in North Carolina. However, the service was very friendly, felt like a family and welcoming - casual, but still professional. The food was fresh and made quickly. The food was amazing. It was my first time having a quesabirria and I think I just found my favorite food item. The place was clean and all of our food was well priced. I would definitely recommend.

The food is tasty, and affordable. They have bottled drinks as well as fountain. However, the fountain was closed so we opted for a bottled soda! Friendly service, clean and inviting atmosphere. The decor was artsy unique and the artwork really showed that they value tradition and family. I didn’t get a picture of the food but the presentation looked just like on the menu! The birria tacos were juicy and cheesy and the broth was flavorful, the only thing lacking the 5 stars was that it was a little chewy and fatty.

This place has outstanding food, the staff were friendly as can be. Parking is a little tricky but there’s plenty of parking within one street, maybe a 30 second walk. All and all I’ll be back as long as the lights are on.
