Update: came for breakfast and ate my entire meal without getting a drink. They said they were out of tea and I said I'd wait as I did not want soda. I got My food and tried to ask for a water but she cut me off and said she's getting my tea. I look around and see so many others who have tea already. I finish my meal and she offers me a tea as I'm leaving. Honestly unacceptable to not give someone anything at all to drink with their meal.
Food is great but we came here two days in a row and ordered the exact same thing. Yesterday the total was 45 and today the total was 35 (which is usually what our total is)- their receipts don't show you what your charged for either so I don't know what to do but they definitely over charged me 10 dollars.

I love me some Waffle House! I usually only get breakfast items, but today, because of Savanah (Savi); I ate a great deluxe burger with cheese, bacon and grilled onions, lettuce and pickles with eggs on the side. It was so delicious, fresh and juicy. I didn't know it would be that good! I really enjoyed talking with the best and personable server I've ever had; very helpful and recommended some great items that I will definitely be back to try! You were awesome, Savi. I will be looking for you next time I come, and I talked to your manager outside, as I left. I hope she told you how wonderful you really are!!! You should get a huge raise!!!!! See you soon! Sonia

This waffle house was the first one I ever went to, so I had no idea what to expect, but WOW. The all star special is my lifeeee. The staff was amazing and so so friendly, they deserve so much appreciation for how wonderful they were, how efficient they were, and how special they made my experience! It was magical. This waffle house lives in my dreams and I have only the fondest memories. I love you waffle house. More like waffle home, because theres no place like waffle house. No place like home. 💕

Been going there with my family for many years This is the first time an employee was very disrespectful/bad attitude all because a coworker told her we was waiting for the middle table to be cleaned. So she went ahead and cleaned the other table and the coworker told her we asked for the middle table and her response was well I already cleaned this table.then had us waiting for the table we asked for, for what ever reason she had.. So my husband told her we want the middle one because we didn't want to sit by the bathroom. She started getting loud with my husband telling him he needed to come correctly towards her and kept saying things making something out of nothing, and mind you this place was packed mostly every seat taken. the cook even told her to clean the table. so yes won't be going back especially with my family. We didn't get to eat so we left .No wonder they always have different people working there lately!

As a fan of Waffle House I am very disappointed with this location. I went to have breakfast with my son. It was not a busy day, plenty of empty seating. The booths on both sides of us received service and we could not even get an acknowledgment. I do not recommend anyone going to this one.

Everyone in there was so unfriendly Make sure you get a refill before she goes on smoke break because then you’ll be sitting there thirsty to death not to mention they made a waffle for someone and they didn’t want it so to sit on the oven for about five minutes and then they decided to give the same one to me when I ordered it so of course it was freezing cold. 245 I walked in the door 11:30 AM on December 20. The short white lady served me. The cook was somewhat friendly. He was more friendly than any of them.

The gm should be replaced how this business is ran late night employees care more about they cigarettes then the customer being service my food was placed in a chair and left I wasn't even told it was ready had to ask if mine ne real work ethic no hospitality and no customer service why support a business who doesn't appreciate the customer totally dissatisfied why allow them job or business shut it down if can't do better please not professional or business oriented
