The lady's that served me and my wifes food were nice to me I was very happy everything tasted good and I was happy one experience I had though was kinda bad and they weren't the problem it was the staff that night they acted like they had absolutely nothing I wanted so I walked out if I wouldn't have had a better experience all bc of them nice people that day I'd probably never go back but that changed my mind just gotta go on the right days
This place is fine it's just y'all need to stop hiring those who are too scared to talk to the public. This one girl who worked here did nothing but whisper and I got so annoyed having to ask her over and over to repeat herself. She seemed scared and kept asking the same questions idk how many times. My sandwich was supposed to be the Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch with the rotisserie chicken BUT it was not the rotisserie chicken. It was the nasty grilled chicken strips. I wish the employees would know which meat is supposed to go on the appropriate sandwich. NEVER again will I use the app to order from this store. If I go back to this store, I will make sure I go in and make sure my sandwich is right. Very disappointing!!!!
