The folks at the Spring Lake McDonald's need to come here and take lessons on how to do business. I've NEVER been sent to the "penalty box" to wait for the store to bring out 6+ orders at a time. I've NEVER received cold or dried out food that I had to take back inside for fresh. Excellent job to the Lillington McDonald's.

Firstly I will speak on the positive. The building is always clean when I enter, to include the drink area and bathrooms. Okay, now that that’s out the way. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU LEAVE THIS PARTICULAR MCDONALDS! There have been multiple times, almost all that they’ve given me half full French Fries when I’ve paid extra to upgrade to a Large size, They’ve left the toys out of my children’s kids meals, DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE the last time I did I sat there for...

I will give props to the people working and their customer service is good I just really wish my burgers weren’t wrong so often. Wait times can be bad and mobile orders get lost. The last three visits my burgers have been messed up with toppings added on when the boxes are labeled clearly ‘no onions no pickles’. Shame cause it is the only mcds in Lillington
