Had a late lunch here today around 2 PM. Came in with coupons from the mail. Immediately greeted at the register by a professional young man who was polite and took our order with no hiccups over the coupons (that's different). Soon after getting drinks a jolly fellow called out our order as ready with a smile. Upon getting to a table, immediately noticed how neat the food was packaged. Classic roast beef sandwiches and gyros were the bill of fare and it was all delicious....

I have always loved Arby's and they are other locations in nearby towns that are excellent. But the one here in Lincolnton has been letting me down lately, sometimes I get great service and sometimes I get something almost like "here's your stuff, now get out of here." My order has been incorrect a number of times, and my food has been cold on several occasion. Just disappointed is all.

I ordered Arby's through door dash and Arby's left out a large order of curly fries. It's the 1st thing on the receipt. And I'm not spending 7 or 8 dollars in gas to go get a $5 fry. It's just bad business if you ask me. It even says "6 items" on the receipt and only 5 items were in the bag. So my 5 star review went down to 3.
