For the 3rd time in 30 days my order was messed up.this time it was given to someone else. The manager. acted as if it was my fault and when I complained she threatened to call the law. I am a customer who orders there at least four nights a week with my average order being 25 dollars. I have been a manager at a auto service center for 20 years and was appalled at the way I was treated and would really like to talk to the franchisee about this manager and the way I was treated....read full review
McDonald's in Boger City is the absolute worst place ever. The nasty ratchet a$$ staff is extremely rude and unprofessional and no customer service. They need to know where their place is and stay there. I have gotten food poisoning from there, found big pieces of clear plastic inside my burger, my husband got a burger and the meat inside was crumbled into pieces, didn't even add up to one patty it was missing pieces.
