So pleased with my first visit to this Popeyes location! My mother has been asking for Popeyes for over a month now and I finally found the closest one, and they absolutely turned what was an extremely rough week into a smooth sail towards the weekend!
Thank you to the crew at Popeyes in Lincolnton! You made my Mum happy and will forever be in my good graces!!

Heading to Gastonia to do some shopping with my family. Stop at Popeyes in Lincolnton it was a wait. The cook cashier one other lady working together.
Let us know it would take a few minutes to cook everything fresh. The food was Phenomenal hot and fresh. Excellent customer service the cook was wonderful. Great ladies extremely friendly and hardworking. We were exceptionally pleased thank you ladies for your hospitality and food. We will most definitely be back. I recommend Lincolnton NC Popeyes food is great service even greater 💯% Recommend.

My fiancé and I went before we had to go into work and we were waiting at the drive through for about 7 minutes without anyone saying anything, we thought that they might be closed it was so silent. Then when we did get to order the lady was talking so fast that we couldnt even understand her, we asked her to repeat herself twice and she kept talking faster and faster each time. Our food was all cold, my strawberry lemonade wasnt even mixed up it was just regular lemonade with strawberry chuncks at the bottom. I get that fast food can be busy and stressful because I am a fastfood worker but I know that when someone is at the speaker you great them and say "give me and second" or you take their order, and that food should ALWAYS be served hot. 1/10 experience and we cant even go back for a refund or new food because they didnt give us our receipt. I recommend not going here, its BAD.

Was in the area for a wedding yesterday and was so looking forward to having some Popeyes since I haven't had any since leaving NY 4 years ago. Walked in to find only 1 person working and she was taking care of the cars in the drive through. Waited a bit to see if she'd acknowledge me and she completely ignored me. Then another employee walked in, went past me standing there at the register, washed her hands and then went and stood in the kitchen. I work in the food industry and I understand being short staffed. I was not in a rush and gladly would have waited as long as it took had either one of those women spoke to me. Heck, I'd of even gone back to my car and done a drive through order if someone had said that was the only service they were providing under the circumstances. But to completely ignore a customer is rude and unacceptable, so I walked out and went up the road to the Waffle House where I received wonderful service.

Chicken was dried out and un eatable. My order was wrong, got a 4 piece, and asked for red beans and rice instead of fries. And didn't even get the mashed potatoes and gravy. The biscuit was good. That's all.

I have never had a bad experience here. I don’t know who the name of the super woman is that was working by herself today (Labor Day) but, I just wanted to give her a shout out for being Absolutely Amazing!

Facilities needs to give this place some attention. Your ducts are condensating really bad above the ceiling tiles and creating sagging tiles/water stains all over the ceiling. The moisture and damp smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Every supply grate was dripping water on Sunday. It was enough of a turn off to not eat there, hence the 3 star average.

All I have to say is "Love that Chicken from Popeyes!"... I was craving it the one day and I feast on the place for a late lunch. It was a nostalgic moment for me, I have not ate at a Popeyes in over 20 years since I lived in Teenton, NJ. Their biscuits are still just as amazing as I remembered!
