I just asked my Doordash driver why she sat at Zaxbys for 15 minutes when i had placed my order some time ago and turns out she watched the manager ignore any online ordes while making sure every order in the drive thru was complete before allowing the kitchen to fill my order. The poor employee up front was just waiting the whole time there was nothing she could do. My driver even had video to show me. Doordash is expensive if the restaurants don't want to participate they shouldn't!

Always check before you leave the store! We placed a take out order. I did not check it before leaving the store. When we got home, I found the dressing missing for the salad. My wife then found a hair in the salad.The manager did offer I could bring it back and have it remade, but we live 20 minutes away. Lesson learned: Check everything before leaving.
I placed an online order before I left my house. I’m 20 minutes away. I get there go through the drive through and tell them I have an order I placed online. The lady said yes ma’am it’s ready. I pull up and I said I have an online order. The lady says it’s not ready. I said they just said it was ready. I said how much longer I placed this order over 20 minutes ago. She said I don’t know. She didn’t say pull over we will bring it to you just I don’t know. I pull into a parking space. No one ever came out. I went back through the drive through and said again I have an online order. The lady said my name and I said yes, again she says it’s ready. We pull up get the order. I pull to the a parking space and my order is not complete. I go through for the 3rd time and said I had an online order and I have missing items. The lady says pull up to the window. She comes and brings the item and says can I get you something else. I said No, but what I wanted to say is my food correctly in the time promised and I didn’t even mention the toast was burnt on both chicken plates. I don’t understand this because there was ample enough workers inside to run inside and drive through.

This is the worst zaxby’s to ever go to. There is a bunch of rude kids that all work there. The food is always undercooked even after I told them well done for the chicken and the fries. No sense of urgency at all. Don’t go to this one at all!

I genuinely like Zaxby's!!! but i've been told multiple times that they have rats and that one time they cooked one and im not sure on how i feel about that when all i ever get is the chicken tenders.... Do they ever clean?? is my question
