It is always so hit or miss here. Half the time the order is perfect and the other half is completely utterly wrong. Ordered a steak egg n chz biscuit. Got home and it was a chicken biscuit??? I was the only person in line. I have worked fast food and I just don’t understand how it happens so often here. Especially when its so slow?
The people are so nice which is why i come back. But I genuinely just don’t understand why or how the food is messed up so much.

Large Cole Slaw is only half full each time I order with chicken meal. If you pay full price, you should get a full container.I'm thinking about not returning as this is alwaysthe case.

This was almost the worst Hardees in the entire U.S., until Carlton became manager. Now it IS the worst. The employees are rude, disrespectful, and you can order whatever you like. But you are going to get whatever has already been prepared. Regardless of how long it has sat under a heat lamp. I really think the young, arrogant people he hires would gladly walk around all day and not do squat. Come on Hardee managementstart firing some people. Minimun wage is too much money for...
