So disappointed in this Dairy Queen. We tried to order 2 different things and they were āoutā. You can barely hear over the intercom in the drive thru and then you are stuck there and canāt leave when someone is behind you. We wonāt be back.

The last two times I have visited this location, my ice cream was just slapped together. One time I had a sundae that had a ton of brownie in it and a tiny bit of ice cream. It was baffling. Today I ordered an orange Julius. I donāt think they know what itās supposed to be like. It had no thickness to it at all. It was more like watered down orange juice. It was a real disappointment for someone who knows the true appeal of an orange Julius.

Congratulations Dairy Queen! You just received the worst customer service award! I know you think youāre To Big To Fail but itās only a matter of time. The franchise owner for this location should be stripped of ownership! Itās not the employees fault. Itās a top down approach. The customer service and workmanship for this location is nonexistent. This location is an epic failure.

The franchise owner of this store should be embarrassed. Customer service is non-existent with employees even telling people that they should leave due to being busy. The lack of appropriate staffing created an over 30 minute wait. Worst Dairy Queen and restaurant that Iāve ever been too!

Sadly. It looks like the owner(s) are letting it go. There is seldom hot fudge. They are usually out of half of the things I try to order. I feel bad for the employees there, but itās obvious that someone is not on top of ordering and doing the maintenance necessary to run it in a productive way, especially in a growing town.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Went in to use bogo in app for blizzards. One man waiting on his order in front of me. The deal was ending in 15 minutes. I was ignored while they were waiting on the window and making other orders. I told the woman my deal was getting ready to expire. Still nothing. Then the ice cream machine quit working. I asked about the deal that had expired and was told I couldnāt use it. I said I told that woman it was expiring . She denied it and said what do you want me to do about it. I could have told her but didnāt. I will never go there again.

Service sucks, they rather their customers leave with nothing than actually do their job. They turned us away with half an hour left being open saying that they only had chocolate ice cream so everything had to be made with that.

Their ice cream machine is always down or not working, and they can never take gift cards. Always some reason they canāt serve you. Very frustrating as it is a regular occurrence.
