This place sucks. If it wasn’t for my kids I would stop. I don’t understand why they are so cheap with their candy. I don’t get when I order a butterfinger blizzard that is just vanilla ice cream. The only time I get a NORMAL amount of candy is when I get pay for extra. This is multiple times. It shouldn’t take me going in each time for this to be fixed.

First the shared bathroom with the convenience store was disgusting. The urinal was stained in a way that it looked like someone used it wrong. After that I didn’t really feel like eating but I went there for a dipped cone. I went up to the counter and right behind me was the assistant manager of the convenience store the Dairy Queen woman ignored me even though I was first. The assistant manager of the convenience store said something to the Dairy Queen woman about the women’s bathroom having a problem. She immediately walked away from me, waving her hand at me like “don’t bother me” and sent to the women’s bathroom with the guy. So now I’m supposed to wait for her to go look at the dirty bathroom and then wait for her to come back and make me a dipped cone. I thought about saying something to the both of them but I just left. It was disgusting, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She ignored a customer to go flirt with the manager guy in the dirty bathroom. If this is how diary queen trains and hires people then they don’t understand customer service. I’ll never step foot in there again. This occurred around 4:30pm on Wednesday October 22nd. Terrible employee, horrendous customer service, disgusting bathroom conditions. I wish I could give it negative stars. Pathetic all around.

This place is a hot mess. The staff needs to be released. What does your future look like if you can’t serve ice cream? We just go to the mom & pop ice cream shop down the street.

So disappointed in this Dairy Queen. We tried to order 2 different things and they were “out”. You can barely hear over the intercom in the drive thru and then you are stuck there and can’t leave when someone is behind you. We won’t be back.

The last two times I have visited this location, my ice cream was just slapped together. One time I had a sundae that had a ton of brownie in it and a tiny bit of ice cream. It was baffling. Today I ordered an orange Julius. I don’t think they know what it’s supposed to be like. It had no thickness to it at all. It was more like watered down orange juice. It was a real disappointment for someone who knows the true appeal of an orange Julius.

I know you think you’re To Big To Fail but it’s only a matter of time.
The franchise owner for this location should be stripped of ownership! It’s not the employees fault. It’s a top down approach.
The customer service and workmanship for this location is nonexistent. This location is an epic failure.

The franchise owner of this store should be embarrassed. Customer service is non-existent with employees even telling people that they should leave due to being busy. The lack of appropriate staffing created an over 30 minute wait. Worst Dairy Queen and restaurant that I’ve ever been too!

Sadly. It looks like the owner(s) are letting it go. There is seldom hot fudge. They are usually out of half of the things I try to order. I feel bad for the employees there, but it’s obvious that someone is not on top of ordering and doing the maintenance necessary to run it in a productive way, especially in a growing town.
