Sadly. It looks like the owner(s) are letting it go. There is seldom hot fudge. They are usually out of half of the things I try to order. I feel bad for the employees there, but it’s obvious that someone is not on top of ordering and doing the maintenance necessary to run it in a productive way, especially in a growing town.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Went in to use bogo in app for blizzards. One man waiting on his order in front of me. The deal was ending in 15 minutes. I was ignored while they were waiting on the window and making other orders. I told the woman my deal was getting ready to expire. Still nothing. Then the ice cream machine quit working. I asked about the deal that had expired and was told I couldn’t use it. I said I told that woman it was expiring . She denied it and said what do you want me to do about it. I could have told her but didn’t. I will never go there again.

Service sucks, they rather their customers leave with nothing than actually do their job. They turned us away with half an hour left being open saying that they only had chocolate ice cream so everything had to be made with that.

Their ice cream machine is always down or not working, and they can never take gift cards. Always some reason they can’t serve you. Very frustrating as it is a regular occurrence.

Waited in the drive-through line for over 20 min only to be told they were out of ice cream. What!?!! Post a sign or art last tell people right away.

I’m sitting here as I write this on this cold day because my sweet tooth wanted ice cream. The worst feeling is to walk in somewhere and feel prejudiced against. Some form of racism with out needing to speak the words. Either way I proceed with my order tried making light convo with the young lady taking my order and get nothing back. While being handed my order I said to her thank you very much I appreciate it and all I got was a look and walk away. No you’re welcome, thank you hope to see you soon or come back. Nothing at all. Then again the focus was on 2 young gentleman who one may have been the boyfriend and friend. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

We arrived at 8:50 and pulled up to the drive through speaker the female worker informed us that it would be a 30 min wait for anything we ordered. When informed of this I turned and looked at the window and could see a male dressed in regular cloathing along with the female worker laughing. Not wanting to wait that long we pulled all the way through the drive through to leave. We could see two males and the female worker. The girl was making out with one of the males living it up like she wasn’t at work. This has been the numerous attempt to get ice cream normally the are always closed but tonight I guess it was date night for the worker

Love the banana split. Cost about $6.50 now. My dogs love the pup cup. The location in locust NC is slow serving and often out of bananas so that is frustrating. I call ahead to see if they have bananas before I go now. They find it hard to keep employees. The price keeps going up...about $3.00 increase in the banana split over the last 3 years but cheaper than desserts at restaurants. That is my bad girl treat and I'm sticking to it (and it is sticking with me ?.

Jason I think that’s his name had the dining room closed during lunch hours. Went to drive through he said he couldn’t make my snickerdoodle blizzard so I got something I really didn’t want. Asked him for a lid so I could eat it while I was driving he gave me a small cup instead to put on top of it. Attitude was real nasty. Overall experience sucked and won’t be coming back to this location
