Pizza over priced for the quality. I had to finish cooking pizza when I got it home because the dough was not done. Delivery was wonderful, he was polite and professional. Manager offered nothing but an I'm sorry when I called to complain. Never again!

Until recently, I haven't ordered Domino's in a long time. The taste of two recent pizzas have changed from what I was used to. I think the sauce is different. I don't like it as much so I went with light sauce. That was etter but not great.

I ordered cinnamon twists. They didn't have much cinnamon on them. Usually they have quite a bit of cinnamon. No need for the owner to comment, since when I was reading the other post the owners was the same for the complaints. I don't think management even read the comment.

Ordered the new 5 cheese mac n cheese bowl with jalapeños, bacon, and spicy buffalo sauce. After getting home and opening the box I noticed that the bacon and jalapeños were missing. I only ordered the 1 item, and it ended up being made incorrectly.

I Ordered on a Thursday evening and called an hour later, and was told it's on the way. Driver showed up 19 minutes later. I can drive there in10 minutes. I'll never order from them again. Not only did they lie, but it took 2 hours for a friend recently.

I honestly don’t know why I still come here. This has got to be the rudest slowest staff by far. Nothing is more infuriating than doing a curbside delivery and watching a store full of employees ignore that I’m there for pickup right in front of them…but it always gets worst. I then go inside of an empty store w/ 1 customer where the woman on the cash register has a full blown conversation and not one person greats me at all. Clearly I’m not there to watch you make pizzas, I’m here to pick up the pizza which has been ready for 10 minutes.

I always order from you guys and will and have never had a problem so I will continue to do so. However, I just recently used my points to get the bacon ranch loaded tots and boy were they loaded. It looked as if an entire bottle of ranch had been dumped onto the tots. Now I like ranch but this much was too much and made them inedible. Yes, I have a picture of them also, so let’s ease up off the ranch on those please. I would like to actually taste the tots.

Tried to use points for the "free" New Yorker. When checking out I am told $10 minimum for delivery. (You charge me $4.99. Isn't that enough?!) So no free pizza for you!
Then I ordered a pizza and Parmesan bites on the $6.99 deal.
Pizza is way overcooked (Crispy pepperoni and hard cheese). Parmesan bites are under cooked and doughy.
I'll try one of the other 4 pizza places in Locust next time.
