I have driven past this restaurant for years and have never noticed it, which has been my loss. Discovered it about 3 weeks ago and have been there that many times since. The tacos are amazing. The birria tacos are mouth watering. Their cantaloupe water is super flavorful and refreshing. Their service is fantastic. The only issues I have is it doesn't feel like a Mexican restaurant due to lack of decor and the music is a bit loud. Regardless, I still go back for more.

The birria noodles bomb!! So flavorful!! I had the birria tacos as well and they were authentic and delicious! My sister had the elote corn and said it was great as well and she had the birria noodles as well!! Will be going bk! Best birria this side of stanly!
Got quesadillas, tacos, elotes, and trees leches. All fantastic! And the staff was professional and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Wow! It’s been a while since we left a restaurant so impressed with our meal. Our experience at Isla Cancún was absolutely amazing! We had the tacos de cabeza and the quesabirrias, and both were delicious full of flavor and cooked to perfection. From the moment we sat down, the service was excellent. The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty, setting the tone for an incredible meal. Everything was truly five stars! If you’re looking for authentic and delicious food, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back!
