Really disappointed in the entire experience really. Ordered 4 items and 3 were pretty bad. The general tso chicken looked like little pieces of bread crumbs with sauce. No really chicken at all. Beef and broccoli was mostly broccoli that was very undercooked. The sweet and sour chicken was basically small chicken fingers with the sauce on the side. Mostly bread again with hardly any chicken at all. Will not return

A hole in the floor, the dark, dingy ambience was a sign. No seating and the selection was awful. Greasy, old grease and the rice was not fried. I left there and thought about it all day. I wrote to North Carolina's attorney general. This place needs inspection, new cooks, updated renovations. Poor. No integrity. I had to throw out the food- egg foo young, the sauce was a dark, sweet, gooey substance, that was tossed. There was NOTHING about this place that was inviting. I wasted 14.42.

Waited for an hour and a half for white rice and teriyaki chicken. I loved this place until tonight. Food wasn't good like usual .It was definitely a waste of $15.00

They will mess up your order and then when you try to get it replaced at a later date they don't honor your complaint even when you call it in. Will never again visit establishment even though I used to live getting take out from here

First Pricing should be $$. Good quality was mediocre at best. Rice was dry, chicken overcooked, missing sweet and sour sauce so basically overcooked chicken nuggets. I have been spoilt from ordering Jin Jin in either Richfield or Albemarle. Food quality and pricing is so much better in those.

I don’t know why the reviews are so good. I ordered one time. Pretty sure I got the honey chicken and it was so dry I could barely eat it. Is the food always that dry. It was awful. When I say dry it had no moisture and the rice was dry too. I like to mix my chicken and the juice with my rice but there was NO juicy and moist chicken. The restaurant did smell bad. It was turning my stomach.

Will NEVER eat here again!!!!!.... my husband got what we ALWAYS get and it was wrong when he got home. He called back up there and they refused to give white rice (that we ordered)instead of the pork fried rice...really it's white rice not a big cost to them(cost us more in gasto come get the white rice) but did make them lose a customer FOREVER not just me my entire family will never go back.What ever happened to customer service ? looks like Nikki Asian Bistro from now on(honestly it better anyway)

Very good quality food which means leftover food reheated even tastes good. 3x eating here now and I've never felt super bloated or had to run to the bathroom. This place has redeemed my Chinese food experience as I stop eating it years ago because of the poor quality at most other places I ate around Mint Hill area.
