The manager could barely understand me and when I said I had a Mobile order she said I don’t have it I don’t know what you want me to do! I showed her my order number and that it had been taken out of my bank! Gave me a biscuit (not my order) and say I’m giving this to you for free! No you didn’t I didn’t get the order I payed for! Went inside and she threw a big tantrum! Completely ridiculous and rude lady!

I ordered at the kiosk, it was out of paper, it said they would bring it to my table, and my order sat on the counter for I don't know how long.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your McDonald’s location. The manager on duty displayed a lack of professionalism, seeming disinterested and unengaged during my experience.
The food quality was subpar, with insufficient ingredients in my order. Additionally, I ordered a hot fudge sundae that was anything but hot. To make matters worse, I noticed the manager’s finger touching my ice cream before serving it to me, which I found unacceptable.
I also felt ignored, as the manager maintained eye contact yet chose not to assist me. It seemed as though she was wasting time rather than prioritizing customer service, which contradicts the essence of fast food.
I hope you can address these issues to ensure better experiences for customers.

This the worst McDonald’s in the entire North Carolina ! They call you honey , baby , sweetheart at the drive through and they park every 3-4 cars where you wait 20-30 minutes for your food ( that is if they remember) . This is 4th time that I have waited 20 minutes parked after going through drive through . They forgot about the order. I had go inside. They had no idea what I had or what the order was . Sorry we forgot. I didn’t order curbside pickup and I didn’t go to the lobby to order . I specifically choose the drive through. If you can’t handle the drive through ‘’close it ‘’!!!!!!!!!!

This place is such a joke, orders are continously missing items, and by the time you do get your whole order it will likely be cold. The young guy running all the messed up orders out was super nice, and seems to be the only worker who cares about anything. He was definitely getting his steps in bc I watched 3 other parked orders he had to run missing items out to
