Every time I come here, the employees are extremely nice and patient given my two wild kids in the backseat lol. Food is ALWAYS fresh, nice and hot, and have never had issues with any orders. Always willing to come out into any weather to deliver meals. And always quickly correct any issue, which is very rare! You guys are awesome! Keep it up yall. Will always be coming back ! Your management and higher management teams should be incredibly proud of the team work here. More than comparable to any other McDonald's around this area! Thank you for always being a good productive team and establishment! Over 100 percent!

You always have to be moved ahead in drive thru. I have complained about this to the manager before. It's rediculous that for a simple order of a cheeseburger and fries that you get moved to a parking spot and wait 15 minutes. The excuse..........we make the food fresh. So explain to me why sometimes you pull up you are handed a burger and fries but most times ypu get pushed into a parking spot. It is not like this at all McDonalds. It is like this at this location in locust. Oh and the inventory is almost always out or short for things like drink trays and bags. Fix it!!!!!!!!

Been waiting for 40 min. Told me to wait on lane 2 when they had someone already there…. Told the people twice about my order. I don’t know who messed up this bad but definitely the worst experience I had in a McDonald’s

I ordered gravy biscuit and was not told until I got to the window to pay that it would be 6 minutes wait. I said ok. After waiting over 20 minutes I had to call the store to find out what happened to my order. I was then told it takes 15 minutes for gravy biscuits and they were busy but were making my order now. When they finally brought my order to me I was told that they were giving me a free apple pie. Big deal- my time is worth a lot more than that. Get your act together and stop lying to your customers.

Went through drive-through ordered double hashbrowns and Biscuit. I was told they didn’t have any hashbrowns ready to pull up and wait only then to watch five people that were behind me to drive-by eating hashbrowns as I waited for my order only for it to look like crap
A little disappointed in their Sundays. At $3 or so each, served in a dixie cup , couldn't have been more than 3oz of it. Shrinkflation and inflation even hits at McDonald's ice cream. Biggest surprise was the machine was working. Could they at least not fill the tiny cup up to the top?

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but every time I come here I get pulled and 8 times out of 10 they forget about me out there and they are rude. Instead of worrying about cheating on drive thru times they need to make sure they are serving their customers right.

We stop at this McDonald on the way to church place an order for some fresh Hash Browns only to get some hash browns that they recooked. They were so hard and greasy it didn’t make any sense. They need to take more pride in themselves and the company. If they wouldn’t eat it themselves why give it to paying customers
