Pulled up to the outside lane of the drive thru to order. No one else was in front or behind in my lane or the inside lane.I sat there saying hello, can you hear me?Meanwhile a car pulls up in the inside lane and places their order and pulls forward. Still no one is responding in my lane. Then a second car pulls up in the inside lane and places their order and pulls forward.I just pulled forward to the window and asked to place my order. I explained that no one seemed to be responding. The cashier seemed agitated and left her position to speak to someone.When I got my food, the burger was fine, the fries were not hot and crispy like they should be.As I was going down the road , I chucked them out the window to feed the Wildlife.

Did curbside waited for over 30 mins. Go inside they said no curbside orders. After I show them the receipt. They find it, no one brought it out. Made them redo my order and I filled my own drinks.

me and my family went inside 1st no kisok was working 2nd i was ordering and he asked me what sauce do you want i said BBQ he gave us 1 and my cousin asked for ketchup packet he gave us 1 single ketchup packet. Besides that the food was delicious. And my grandmas burger was raw and he did not ask us what size drink or couldnt count/do math my grandpa had to

I've gone to McDonald's 3 times in the last 6 weeks for Saturday morning breakfast. Each time, the person at the drive-thru window tells me to "pull around to the front" to wait for my food. I couldn't just "pull forward" to wait because a vehicle was already there. This makes me SO angry! I might understand if I ordered something unusual. Looks like we're going to have to get our Saturday biscuits from Bojangles now, even though I like McDonald's round egg.

This past Friday my family and I ate food from there. It’s usually good but this time the food was not good. My mom had a chicken sandwich and a little while later she started getting really sick and started throwing up. I had chicken nuggets and so did my cousin. I started to get sick while eating the chicken nuggets. The food tased terrible and my family and I had food poisoning all weekend. We are recovering and feeling better now but we will never go back to this McDonald’s ever again. I never want to get sick like that again. It was very rough.

Horrible service, rude and unhelpful, somehow forgot over half of our order even though its all on a fuggin screen and still managed to make the crappiest food ive ever had from a mcdonalds and ive been going to mcdonalds at least 10 times a month for the past 10 years. Worst mcdonalds i would say, even worse than albemarle, at least at albemarle they get my orders right 75% of the time, ive never had a fully correct order from this place in my 13 years of living in this god forsaken county

I ordered a hot fudge sundae, how can you mess that up right? I was watching her try to pump the hot fudge over the ice cream and it was obviously empty. I wondered if she was going to ask me to pull forward while she changed it out. Nope, she turns the container so the minuscule fudge was towards me. I said that’s not much hot fudge on the ice cream and she says “we’re out.” No offer to refund me or go to the back and get more. Not wanting to deal with drama I took it. There was dripping ice cream all down the side! It was all over me and no napkin. Needless to say I’m done with that McDonalds.
