Locust Pizza Hut: A Hidden Gem
I've always thought of Pizza Hut as a decent option for a quick takeout pizza, but my recent dining experience at the Locust location completely changed my perspective.
The service was truly exceptional. Our server, Carol, was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality transformed the chain restaurant into a cozy, local pizzeria.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a deep-dish pizza option available for dine-in, an impossible find in our area. The deep-dish pizza, along with the boneless wings, medium pan pizza, salad, and cinnamon buns, was delicious.
If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience in Locust, don't overlook Pizza Hut. The combination of delicious food and exceptional service makes it a hidden gem.

It was just a great experience and the good was perfect.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas on 8/30/24. One was a hand tossed meat lovers. It was burned several places on the toppings and the edge of the crust was burned also. As much as Pizza Hut charges for their pizzas now, this kind of result should not be served to customers. We have been supporting this location for years and this was very disappointing however this was not the only time we've received burned food. Please be more mindful of your customers.

Traveling through looking for somewhere to eat, found this Pizza Hut. I'll have to say it's been a long time since I've ate at a pizza hut. This one seems to have it together. Great pizza, good food and good people..

Had a good experience at lunch. We've tried dinner time 3x and every time sucked. Food is not cooked right each time. Can't believe I'm saying this but Dominos is better. Will continue going there for local franchise pizza.
Very disappointed and if it wasnt late, we would have asked for replacements.The pizzas were low on sauce. We purchased a supreme and a pepperoni lovers. The supreme had an embarrassingly low amount of toppings on the whole pizza...not very supreme. The pepperoni lovers pizza should be absolutely loaded with pepperoni and it looked more like a regular pepperoni pizza.Very disappointed, if it wasnt for boneless wings and prompt delivery then this would be one star

Great meat lovers tonight. The drive thru casher got confused but we explained and got out $15 in change no complaints here.they were so nice about the mistake.we love pizza hut

Yesterday, I had a problem placing my order, which was an App Special, despite repeated attempts. I almost gave up and ordered food from elsewhere but since I was out and about and close by to this Locust (Charlotte), North Carolina Pizza Hut store, I stopped by to see if they could help.I walked in and at the counter was a very nice, professional young lady named Cecilia who immediately made clear that she would do her utmost best to help me. And she did exactly that. Much to my pleasant surprise, rather than cause me more frustration trying to get the order to go thru on the app (or simply giving up), she conjured up her magical powers and simply placed the order at the counter, which took some knowledgeable manipulation of their order system due to what I wanted being an App Special. 10 or 12 minutes later, my order was ready and I was a happy camper as I drove home.These days, all parts of the restaurant industry are having such a hard time getting staff to act in a professional and gracious manner with customers. They don't look customers in the eye and they don't know how to interact/speak with customers in a productive manner that also leaves the guests of the store feeling like they were cared about and listened to. Cecilia certainly went totally opposite to that stereotype and instead handled my situation like an old pro. I don't know what her position is within the store but if she is not currently the store manager, I have full confidence in her abilities to handle those store manager responsibilities some day soon... and far more.Thank you Cecilia! And Happy Easter.
