Yesterday, I had a problem placing my order, which was an App Special, despite repeated attempts. I almost gave up and ordered food from elsewhere but since I was out and about and close by to this Locust (Charlotte), North Carolina Pizza Hut store, I stopped by to see if they could help.I walked in and at the counter was a very nice, professional young lady named Cecilia who immediately made clear that she would do her utmost best to help me. And she did exactly that. Much to my pleasant surprise, rather than cause me more frustration trying to get the order to go thru on the app (or simply giving up), she conjured up her magical powers and simply placed the order at the counter, which took some knowledgeable manipulation of their order system due to what I wanted being an App Special. 10 or 12 minutes later, my order was ready and I was a happy camper as I drove home.These days, all parts of the restaurant industry are having such a hard time getting staff to act in a professional and gracious manner with customers. They don't look customers in the eye and they don't know how to interact/speak with customers in a productive manner that also leaves the guests of the store feeling like they were cared about and listened to. Cecilia certainly went totally opposite to that stereotype and instead handled my situation like an old pro. I don't know what her position is within the store but if she is not currently the store manager, I have full confidence in her abilities to handle those store manager responsibilities some day soon... and far more.Thank you Cecilia! And Happy Easter.

Service sucked had to call waitress over cause everyone behind the counter was on their phones not paying attention to anyone or anything. Once pizza came asked for ranch never got. Never offered refill on drinks. Do not recommend dinning in.

I've eaten here before. Unfortunately, 10/20/23 was not a good visit. We sat down. Waiter came. She heard our order but didn't listen. Yes, it was crowded. We saw several patrons waiting for their food. 10 mins. - put cups on table. Appetizer came 20 mins later. Dessert came 10 mins after that. Pizza came 15 mins later by Matt, who brighten our meal with his personality and caring. She never asked us how we wanted our pizza. We tried enjoying our meal. As I watched other patrons eat quickly and leave, so did we. I hope our next visit is more friendly as Matt was. Thank you Matt for your warm hospitality.
Ordered 6 pizzas tonight, and what a disappointment.2 Pepperoni and 2 cheese over cooked. Asked for light sauce on the other 2, and I swear there wasextra on there.I haven't been there in over 2 years and I don't think I'll be going back any time soon.

Digusting! Came in and saw workers making food with NO GLOVES. And if they can't even make out time to put on some gloves, i'm pretty sure they wont have much time to wash their hands before preparing the food. This is just nasty! Do better.

This place was clean, the atmosphere was very friendly and pleasant. I saw about 7 employees, and all appeared to be 25 and under. The young people were so, so nice and professional. Thank you, guys, for making my visit a wonderful one. Too bad I am from out of town.
