I've ate here a few times, and while I have gotten used to country music at the Japanese spot, I just can't get used to the prices for what I am getting. They also get you on little things that can add up quickly with a larger group, like $4.50 per soft drink or $1.50 per person to swap to noodles (and actually it's advertised as $1.00 on the menu) before you know it with 4 people you have spent $25 on swapping rice for noodles and 4 drinks. I'm not saying I'd never go back, but definitely not my first pick, and definitely not the value I use to feel like it was.

I’ve been coming to this establishment for over two years now and have never had such a negative experience as I did with this visit. The employee at the register was very rude, didn’t even look at me during the whole encounter, didn’t greet/ acknowledge there was a customer for a solid 5 min. Terrible attitude when giving me my takeout order and with her co worker.

Had take out tonight. Whoever was at the front desk taking call ins and checking people out was the rudest person I've ever dealt with here. I walked in and there were a couple people in front of me. While I was next in line, I got told to wait a minute, which is fine, it's a Saturday and busy. However, she took 2 tables payments who walked up after me. She also told me my food would be another few minutes when I questioned if my order was sitting behind the counter. Few minutes passed by and she handed me the bag that had been sitting there since I first arrived after saying that wasn't my bag. I was trying to check my food and she was trying to rush me out of the door. I told her that I'm checking to see if it's still hot since it's been sitting on the table. She shrugged and said 'if it is, oh well'. We will not eat here if she is working.

They use to have great "clear broth" soup, something has changed with the broth, it now has this type of oil in the broth, which ruined the clear broth! I questioned the manager about it...her reply, "well that happens at the lower end of the stock pot, whereupon I asked, "so when are y'all making a new pot of clear broth, she gave me a date of time when a brand new pot would be available...so I went there, and guess what, same ol oily broth, the manager made an excuse the she couldn't live up to! I can buy broth and make better clear broth by myself! They basically just lost my business!
