I think the mediocre food could have been saved by even just decent service. Our server didn't know what was in certain menu items and bypassed our table EVERY time unless one of us stood up and called to her, then walked away before we could finish telling her what we needed. Mostly, we got what we needed for ourselves (napkins, chopsticks, to-go cups and boxes). This was the first time in my life that I didn't leave a tip at all.

I Ordered take out today 2/7/24 I will say the only thing that was decent was the salad even if it was two bites. The hibachi steak & chicken was not good at all. The meat seemed like it was steamed and not like it was cooked on a grill. It was absolutely disgusting. Never again will I purchase food from here. First & last time. I’ll continue going to Nikki’s bistro for this type of food.

Service was a little slow. Kept having to ask waitress for a little things that should have been asked from her.Ordered filet and shrimp. Fillet was good, but you could hardly see it they were so small.

Placed an order today from SOGO Locust. They gave us the wrong ordered then proceeded to tell us that we were wrong and this what we ordered. The lady that took our ordered said they don’t even have the item we ordered on the menu. When I read exactly what we ordered to the lady from the menu again, she then gave us an attitude. Horrible service.

Wouldn't recommend Sogo in LocustThey gave our initial order to another customer then we waited for our Re-order of Hibachi Steak ( after arriving home, the meat smelled spoiled) and onions & veggies were old & not fresh and runny shrimp sauce,,, called them regarding the order and the manager insist that this complaining happens all the time ( hmmm?) and to rectify the bill, the customer must bring the food back, Well, okay, no problem to return this takeout food. It's too expensive to have such poor quality

I ordered Hibachi chicken and shrimp combo and the a Filet. Both orders has specific directions on them like no vegetables. Husband picked order up got home and the order was wrong! It was 2 hibachi chicken. With hardly any chicken and a load of vegetables. I do not eat chicken the steak was for me. Called the store talked to the manager he said yeah your order is sitting on the counter you can come get! I said no I’m not eating something that has been sitting on the counter for over an hour at this point especially chicken and shrimp! I asked him to remake it and I would come all the way back up there and get it! He said we are closing in 6 mins and I was 20 mins away. Would not remake or wait on us! I asked him to just refund the money which was more than the food I got. He still would not refund the money. Any restaurant that thinks serving people food that has not been kept properly especially chicken and shrimp should be fined by the health inspector!
