I don't drink coffee, and they don't know how to make a decent cup of tea. My wife enjoys drinks there. Not always coffee, some pink drink thing too. The egg, sausage, and cheese muffin is great, and the lemon cake has to be horrible for me because it's wonderful.

Definitely one of the more efficient operating locations I've been to lately. Most haven't had drinks prepared in the ETA when ordering via mobile app, and in some cases... it takes longer to receive the cookie than the drink.

One of the BEST?????Starbucks I've been too! I've been to most in Charlotte but the vibes and energy in this store is wonderful! I've never had any issues with my order or drinks! Sweet staff! Rarely out if items and lines isn't too bad! Try them out! Great people ❤️ ❤️ They should know me by now since I order daily ?

I stop by this Starbucks on the way to drop my daughter off at school and every morning I have a good experience. Everyone is always so nice and helpful, especially Yolen, who is the sweetest! I've been going there (drive-thru) for a while and it's always a pleasant visit. My order is always right!

Oringinally gave 4 stars the people that work here at first were very nice and helpful....now they are rude, you have to yell to get their attention, they ask you to order things on the app in order to get them, that there is no way to order it on the app....they make a big rude deal over little request.... I have been yelled at and rudely commented to for requesting cream which should come with coffee, and not all people put the same amount of cream in there coffee...I have been going there since it opened gladly and my order has not ever changed, but one lady argued with me that I don't get cream like that here, well not any more I will be going to Albemarle they are very hospitable and talk respectful to you no matter what and acknowledge you when you come in they are not on their phones ignoring you... unnecessary behavior in customer service....Parking: Tight driveways and entrance is very busy

Recently applied for this job and I’m a big person for customer service knowing that I’ve done it all my life, today when I called in to speak to the manager. She hung the phone up instead of picking the phone up to speak to me about my application, so I called back just to talk to her. She then tell me they aren’t hiring but what kind of customer service skills is the manager teaching her employees by doing that stuff, if what I witnessed today is the type of customer service they are teaching then maybe it’s best I don’t work there.
Typical Starbucks. Just annoying when you go thru the drive thru they ask for a tip. Stopped going to Starbucks at this location. Not sure if they all do it. Such a turn off when they ask for a tip! Really?!

It was our first time at this Starbuck on Sunday. We normally use mobile order for our ice coffee and we always have the ice filled up from other stores.The only guy in this store made our coffee and only filled the ice half of the cups. No problem, we came and asked for more ice. With a very rude attitude, he said: “If you want extra ice, you have to put it in the app”, then ignore us. So a young girl had to come and put more ice for us.We were busy and did not want to cause any trouble, so we grabbed our coffee and left. But my wife were not happy after that. Just so you know we did put extra foam in one of our coffee and it did not filled up.To the guy with that rude attitude, well you’re working in the service, all you need to do is ask customers what they like, not telling them what to do. And don’t worry, you will not see us here until the problem is fixed.

6:30am on July 28th I received fire service through the drive-through and everything was made perfectly fine. The friendliness was nice so early in the morning, I'm in a bad mood and it made it better. Lol
