We were starving and looking for a place for breakfast when we saw the sign for the Sunrise Grill. They closed at 11:00 and we pulled in at 10:45. As close to closing as we were, we were welcomed with smiles and seated instantly. I ordered the veggie omelette with a side of bacon and a biscuit and my partner had eggs, grits, and sausage biscuits and gravy. He enjoyed his down to the last spoonful of grits. My 2 egg veggie omelette was excellent, hot and full of veg and cheese....
Country style restaurant opens early and closes shortly after lunch. They serve a good portion of liver mush. Eggs were very fresh and flavorful. Toast doesn't come buttered, I guess that's a local thing. Will have to visit for lunch in the future.
The staff meaning tha ones I see like tha waitresses are fanomonal great smiles and always treat me and my family with pride of their services. Tha food is good and tha prices are within reason. Clean eating area and tha restrooms are clean to. I like to keep local businesses making money..
