We were having a party and decided to have tenders, fries and sweet tea. It was my first time using the app to order. When we got there everything was ready to go. The workers were extremely nice and offered us plates and silverware, which we didn’t need. The only issue I had was I didn’t realize the picnic fries is basically a large fry. I should have ordered more.
My dad went there a few days ago and ordered 2 country ham biscuits, and he said that the ham was so tough and dried out that he couldn't eat it. So I went again last night and explained the situation and specifically asked them for some fresh pieces that weren't overcooked. I got home and again the pieces were the same as before except worse. I saved the receipt and the bag with the biscuits to take back today. My father is very upset because all he wanted was his ham biscuits.
