Nice date night. Employees were eagerly ready to help, but also knew when not to push too. No issues, food was great.
Vegetarian options: Several pizza options that did not contain meats. And not all just cheese. Spinach, jalapeno, macaroni and others. And then a salad bar and fully stocked desert bar.
Parking: Tuns of parking options. Huge lots.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Game room and TV. No one mad about loud kids. Just there to eat and relax.

Absolutely great experience! The food was great, the place was amazingly clean, and Pam provided TOP TIER customer service. She greeted us warmly within minutes of us sitting down, despite how very obviously busy she was. From what I could see, she kept on top of all her tasks with incredible grace, and her warm vibes never faltered. Will definitely return ❤️

Stop by cici today with the fam and I’ll be honest, I haven’t had a good experience like that in a long time especially in Gastonia. Im not one for pizza but for the kids I’ll take one for the team. I would love to give a big thank you to the staff Bella,Doug,Jasmin,Hunter and especially Rose… You all know how to give excellent customer service. From being on top of the bar making sure everything was fresh and stocked, to making sure all the guest had what they wanted even if it wasn’t available at the moment it definitely made its way to the line and available for all. Kids love it. Y’all definitely made this Cubans night. Thank you.

It was crowded and very hot inside the restaurant. They could hardly keep pizza on the buffet line. As soon as a pizza was called out it was already gone. The games in the back for kids did not have a great variety or much space to play them. I would give Cici's a 2 to 3 stars.
