Excellent! The young man bussing tables tonight, 8/12, is such a hard worker! Constantly moving and keeping everything spotless! Great customer service and attitude!! We will be back!! He spoke to every person- I hope he stays!!

I ordered a pizza for pickup and when I arrived, I gave my name to the cashier. She said she would check on it, but instead got on her phone in front of me. Meanwhile, there was a pizza behind her that looked like my order, but the staff were busy goofing around with each other. They even opened the box and played around with it while I waited. Eventually, after I asked another employee, I found out that was my pizza the whole time. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.
This is extremely unprofessional and what a way to make customers not want to go there anymore.

Extremely friendly & efficient staff. Worked as a cohesive team. Fast service. Especially appreciated the efforts of Hunter, Jasmin, William & Katie. I have severe social anxiety and my date had mobility issues as a leg amputee. They helped with small, quiet requests that made large differences in our evening. The turn out was incredible for a Monday night and I usually would have been easily overwhelmed and miserable. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE MONDAY NIGHT CLOSING STAFF. 🫶🏻🍕

Pleasantly surprised to see the original CiCis from the 90s return to its original location here, experience was a bit of a letdown however. Folks are friendly enough, and there’s plenty of food to choose from; quality isn’t quite what I remember from decades ago before the company shut down; they’ll still make your special-request pizza and place it on the buffet; prices are a bit steep from the even-wayback-then bargain price it used to be of $2.99 for AYCE, expect about $10/person now which is fairly average for most fast food stops. The setting, late-afternoon sun illuminating the windows and walls reveals some very poor cleaning that needs attention. Surfaces feel sticky. SORELY needs plastic gloves at the buffet so you’re not handling unclean serving utensils and then using those same hands to consume your pizza. Might go back in a few months to see if they’ve shored up the cleanliness of the space. Will bring my own disposable gloves just in case.

Nice date night. Employees were eagerly ready to help, but also knew when not to push too. No issues, food was great.
Vegetarian options: Several pizza options that did not contain meats. And not all just cheese. Spinach, jalapeno, macaroni and others. And then a salad bar and fully stocked desert bar.
Parking: Tuns of parking options. Huge lots.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Game room and TV. No one mad about loud kids. Just there to eat and relax.
