I ordered at the drive thru it took about 22 minutes to get my food which was cold when I got it will never eat here for dinner again the food was horrible plus they gave me an old chicken strip if I have to wait 22 minutes why did my food come out cold

The one thing I like about Hardee's is the 5.99 grab bag I think it's called always get the two hot dogs can you count some fries and a drink you cannot beat that for the price you go anywhere else one hot dog is going to cost you at least $3.50 not including fries and a drink

Don't buy the double Brisket on the sign they selling you a brisket sandwich yet on the double Brisket you only get two Beef hamburger patties with 3 tiny pieces of beef brisket it's a bait & switch Ripoff it's a Barnum & Bailey there's a sucker born every minute situation

Normally I have no complaints or issues because my food is always hot and fresh, but today the lunch crew dropped the ball and served me the wrong food and once I got down the interstate I realized I did not have the correct order.

Ordered a large potato rounds. Drive away, they aren't hot. Warmish, and a not good. Came back asked for fresh, explained issue. They said they'd make more. They continued to serve the product, I asked if they would check the food condition. They said no. They continued to serve the old hash browns until gone. I them asked for a refund, staying I no longer trusted their food safety if they would not check the product on the serving line. They were not happy, but I remained polite and waited until refunded.
I ordered at the drive thru left get 5 minutes up the road find out I got the wrong order drove back to wait at the counter for 5 minutes while I was ignored and I said hey can I get help it was like I was inconveniencing them .So they give me my order I opened it couldn’t eat it from the strong taste of perfume/Cologne .Wont try that Hardee’s again.Do better people

Ordered at drive through. Order went OK. Nothing unusual was ordered and no special request on the order. Pulled around, paid (no receipt) and as usual was ask to pull forward. This is typical of this location as they are always short staffed. Pulled forward where I waited 22 minutes. The lady came out one time to tell me they were waiting on a hot dog??? Seems as if a hot dog would be the easiest thing on the menu to prepare. When the food was brought, still no receipt. Food was cold but order was accurate.

Used to be my usual spot for grub few years back. Customer service needs some work. Fries are sub-par, definitely not fresh. The rest of the food was great 👍. Bright interior with plenty of sitting.
