Ordered at drive through. Order went OK. Nothing unusual was ordered and no special request on the order. Pulled around, paid (no receipt) and as usual was ask to pull forward. This is typical of this location as they are always short staffed. Pulled forward where I waited 22 minutes. The lady came out one time to tell me they were waiting on a hot dog??? Seems as if a hot dog would be the easiest thing on the menu to prepare. When the food was brought, still no receipt. Food was cold but order was accurate.

Used to be my usual spot for grub few years back. Customer service needs some work. Fries are sub-par, definitely not fresh. The rest of the food was great 👍. Bright interior with plenty of sitting.

I live close by so would like to use this Hardee's, but to tell the truth maybe 10 percent of the time the fries are even warm. The burger I had tonight seemed old. I ordered an original bag right around 6:00 PM. You'd think at dinner time, ordering something that isn't a special order would be quick and easy. Sitting for 10 minutes waiting for old tasting food and having the young man bring it to you with no personality and seemingly not caring there were 4 cars waiting, just slowly strolling his way out, made me wonder if I'll come back.

Staff not real motivated..and slow filling orders..I waited at the dive thu for 2 mins..pulled around..went inside..had to wait again..
First of the bathroom smalls like fito and looks like it ain't been cleaned in a mouth #2 the are vents ( 1 as you go in the door and 1 above the register has black mold and workers not washing hand and get stuff together (cross contamination) they need help

I went in and ordered my food to go I work outside I had a small amount of grease on my hands the lady that takes the order and receives money all day long was afraid to touch my hand because I had a small amount of grease on it from working on cars so she dropped my money from 6 to 8 in away back into my hand even though she was handing me dirty money he was scared to touch my hand or even get her hand close to mine to give me my money properly

Visited this drive thru recently and ordered a cheeseburger. I was greeted with great service throughout the ordering process and was told I'd need to pull up while it was being prepared. With the 10 minute wait, I had assumed I would be receiving fresh food. I was extremely disgusted and disappointed that the patties used on my sandwich were extremely old, brittle, and dry. It was as though I received fresh bread and cheese combined with old meat. I immediately spit the food out and discarded it promptly. I am confident I will never visit this location for food again. Worst Hardee's experience ever.
