My wife & I came here for dinner on Saturda for the first time. The food was good, we really enjoyed the collard greens, mac n' cheese, smoked turkey, and the pulled pork. However, our server Katie R. was rude, once we sat down she asked what we wanted to drink and asked us what are we ordering within handing us the menu in seconds.
As we were eating our server Katie R. made us feel rushed and uncomfortable by placing the check down and standing at our table staring at us while we were finishing eating. We ate everything on our plates, but our server never asked if we wanted dessert or anything else so I had to ask about dessert. We were disappointed in the service from Katie R. greatly! If we a had nice friendly server who didn't make us feel rush out I would have given this place a 5 Star rating.
I hope Management reachs out to their servers to discuss and consider retraining on customer service.

I had the chopped beef brisket with mac n cheese & corn on the cob. The brisket was a solid 8.5 out of 10. Definitely a great spot to grab a good meal. ✌️😎

Looking over the menu, I decided to order the cheeseburger..the single burger was $8 and some change...the bigger burger was $12 and change..I got the single...I thought it would be decent size since the rest of the food that came out was a good amount..I was totally wrong and kinda insulted..you pay that much and get very little after asking me all the questions to how I would like my burger...thats like going to McDonald's ordering a big Mac and getting a kids meal. I was very disappointed..handful of fries..I just was upset..cause this is the second time we visited this place and its still the same. I want be coming back or recommend this place..I'll take my business else where

We had a group of 13 and the staff didn’t blink an eye and got to work setting up a table for us. Our drinks stayed full, food came out at the same time, and our server was wonderful! Also the food was AMAZING!!!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: They worked well allowing our wheelchair users transfer into regular chairs, we even had enough room for them to keep their chairs nearby.

Hush puppies were overcooked Very dark. And Cold. They need to make sure these are fresh. Also maybe change the oil more often.

Main course meat was not hot, some sweet sauce dumped on top also chilly, Okra was just barely warm also... hushpuppies amd fried picklesa were hot and good... missed the mark on the bbq and brisket....

The waitress was on point and attentive to the table. The food was delicious and portions generous. My group came in towards the end of the night but the food was still hot and very good. I will stop here again for food whenever I’m in the area.
