Have ordered in the past but now employees don’t pay attention to customers and are very rude most of time they are playing on their phone for 15 mins b4 they even notice you and then when management is contacted they do nothing about it which is bull crap. And when I have been in line and then when they finally pay attention they ignored me and went to the next customer in line like I wasn’t already there
I just ordered from there tonight and I have to say that the young man that was in there working tonight was nice, friendly, sweet, and a very handsome young man...I don't know if he's new or not but he's great

Service was slow but they were slammed at 11:30 @ night. Employees were curtious and helpful.
The two ladies in there tonight were getting slammed with overwhelming amount of orders yet they still managed to make my nights dinner amazing. Thank you

This is a nice subway connected to gas station. They had gave me good service when I walked in. I had got the honey mustard barbecue chicken And it was lovely.
Worst sandwich ever! Philly Roast Beef. With everything. I got a thick roll, a tiny amount of meat a couple of pieces of onion and that’s it! Drenched in mayonnaise. No cheese, no peppers, lettuce, tomato, nothing. I could taste nothing but bread and mayonnaise. Paid ten bucks for a mayonnaise sandwich! Every time I order subway they screw up the order. NEVER AGAIN! This is unacceptable!

Was waiting in line patiently, A lady came from the back and asked if I been assisted yet, I said no and she asked what I was getting, as I started to tell her, Erin very rudely said to me, you have to wait, I replied that the lady asked so I proceeded telling her my order, he then rudely says, well I’m telling you that it goes in this order, I have never been blamed for an employee asking me what I’m ordering, guess I was supposed to stand there mute and not proceed with my order like she asked, instead of rudely tell me “well I’m telling you”he should have told his co worker, the customer isn’t at fault, he is fixing sandwiches for 3 Hispanic guys, in which they and Erin was speaking English the whole time, now they and Erin are speaking Spanish and giggling, I then left without ordering, worst customer service ever
I give this place 0 stars. I ordered 6 subs for 90$ last night and my order was completely wrong. Only one sub was delivered correctly, and even it was messed up becauseit had next to no meat. The other 5 subs either had little to no meat or had sauces and vegetables that we did not ask for and literally hate. When I tried contacting the store no one will answer. Also it was ordered through dash pass so when contacted doordash they basically said we complained to much . BUT WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE STORE MAKING OUR ORDER THE WAY WE ASKED FOR. ITS ABSOLUTELY OBSURD
