Just wanna shout out Kevin for making things right this morning with an order that was messed up last night as far as the owner I really don't care to respect anything that comes from that man because he wanted to argue with me over my order being incorrect and me, not even receiving something that I paid for. When you work in retail or in a business, the customer is always right no matter what don't sit there and try to argue with them, especially if they're unhappy...
I stopped in Subway tonight 8/16/2024. I've only been to this one several times but it's always a pleasant experience each time I stopped in. The two gentlemen working the tonight we're friendly, professional, The Establishment was clean and tidy the atmosphere was very relaxed everything on the sub making bars appear to be fresh behind the counter was very clean and well-organized and they made suggestions for my sandwich that made it better than it would have...
