Can’t give a review on the food because I come at 5:49 in the evening and the doors are locked. You can’t get in so I will be moving on to another place to eat this this I just can’t understand it anymore.

They never seem to get our order correct. The food here is dry and unappetizing. The staff is rude and not friendly at all especially when you ask for extras like Arby sauce or Ketchup. Not all Arby’s are like this but this one is.

I had requested barbecue sauce on my sandwich. So disappointed in the size of the barbecue sandwich as well. The only thing that mitigated my disappointment was the free cookie I got for my birthday. I really expected more bang for my $13. Probably will go for choices I've been satisfied with previously.

First time ever going to arby's I got a mailer to try a shake for 2 . well, the shake very disappointing I could hardly taste any chocolate! I ended up going over to MCDs . Service was fair and place was clean. I try something else off the menu next time . Hopefully other items will be better
