Tried a Chicken Supreme Bowl for the first time today and it was amazing. Went back for another one and it was horrible. The rice was super dry, there was no cheese, and chicken was hard... I took it back and the manager Mr. Willie fixed another bowl and it was the exact same way (horrible). Not really sure why the last two bowls was nothing like my first one but for the MANAGER to fix it and it's still wrong is unacceptable

Food is decent. Everytime I've went through drive thru I've been asked to pull forward after receiving my partial oder while waiting on my items the other food becomes cold because of the wait. 30 minutes is everytime..I've had my order refunded and replaced multiple times. The manager Willie is a true piece of work, the way I've seen him talk to his employees is completely disrespectful. I myself apologized to his employees myself because of the way he treated them due to know mismanagement...

I frequent this stop a lot. I've never really had many issues, but tonight was a rare moment that need to be spoke on. Accompanied with my review is a picture of a receipt. I paid for my good with a 20 dollar bill, my change came out to 6³⁴. The young lady at the window that particular hour handed me the receipt and the 0.³⁴ and walked away. When she came back to hand me the soda and food in informed her that she still owed me $6. She had me pull over to the reserve spot and said someone would bring it out to me. One associate nicely asked what I was waiting on, I informed them the same. Willy came out and spoke to me, respectively. What I got from he conversation was that this wasn't the first it happened. My problem therein lies with that cashier. I'm many things, but this cashier basically saying I'm lying and in a sense cause me of petty theft I won't tolerate.

Third time at this location, second time through the drive-thru. Both times times they have forgotten a side item for my 12pc chicken family meals. It is upsetting because I am trusting that because I am paying over $40 for this meal that every single item is in box. I should not have to pause and check to make sure everything is in the box. We got all the way home after a long day ready to enjoy our food but they forgot the ?my daughter was craving for so very much ?. I called the restaurant and when the guy answered and I told him what I was missing he put on hold and left me on hold for almost 14 or 15 minutes. I hanged up and tried calling again a few more times but the phone must have been off the hook; it had a busy signal every time ?. Please, Bo'Jangles I love your food but do my family and I better next time. I will not forget to check my order next time, no matter how tired I'll might be. I hate to drive out of my way to another location but if I check my order again before we drive off and it is wrong again, they are losing a customer. Location: Roberts Avenue Lumbertin , NC 28358.?

I love the food it's always to my satisfaction, and the service is always amazing I goes there three to four days a week I guess because I'm right at home I wish I could give 10 for the atmosphere when you first walk in!!!!

This place is HORRIBLE. They WILL forget your sauce 99% of the time, the tenders are slim and short, absolutely no meat on them. You’ll be in the drive through for minimum 20 minutes even if theirs no line ahead of you. I’ve been here 5 times and they managed to do something wrong each time. Horrible crew, management, and service. Bojangles on Fayetteville Rd is better. Don’t waste your time here.

I recently visited Bojangles for the first time, and I was really impressed! The highlight of my meal was definitely the chicken sandwich – it was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The seasoning had just the right amount of spice, making it stand out from other fast food options.
The overall experience was great, from the friendly service to the quick turnaround. Bojangles definitely lived up to the hype, and I’ll be coming back again, especially for that chicken sandwich!
Extremely slow. 13 minutes in the drive thru amd waited another 10 for the food.
