What a disaster. First it's a slow Monday night. The staff is not friendly. Our table was CAKED in crumbs. Our waitress was supposed to come clean our table.....she never did. There's dust EVERYWHERE in here. It's like they rarely clean this place. I'll not be back for dine in anytime soon. Side note. A side salad consists of more than just lettuce.

I do not do a lot of reviews but I felt I must. I lived in Lumberton 30 years and frequented pleasant pizza from day one. Use to be a restaurant that felt family owned and showed appreciation to their customers. They have raised prices, cut portions, and no longer serve fresh food. Everything I've gotten lately taste like left overs we been eating on way too long. And the price increase is insane. I could eat at steakhouse for what they are Charging.

Since covid quality of food is not as good, portions way smaller and price increase os over tbe top. Never again will I or anyone I know eat there. Too bad. Lumberton residents helped in providing this entire a family the wealth they have and they repay us in this manner. Sad. I hope the whole community wises up and stops making them Richer. We went in tonight for the first time. The line to order was a bit awkward, as they were super busy(but it was Friday evening so that is understandable). You walk up to the counter to order, pay for your order, they give you a number and then you take a seat in the dining area. The person that brought our food to the table was extremely nice!! But the Pizza... Was AMAZING!!! The crust, the toppings, it all was top shelf!! Highly recommend this place. They do a lot of take out orders,so there is a bit of a wait but it's worth it.

We were on the road and called ahead of time so we wouldn't be waiting for our take out. Was told 15 minutes, got there at 20 and still waited 10 more. The spaghetti was overcooked and the garlic bread we paid for wasn't included. Overall a very disappointing experience.
