The two senior managers on the morning shift consistently stand in the background whispering and watching me at the window, which makes the experience uncomfortable for no clear reason.
When I asked for extra syrup, the cashier had to check with a manager and returned with exactly one butter and one syrup—despite me asking for extra. What’s ironic is that I could clearly see a completely full container of butter and syrup at the window. Apparently, the syrup is being guarded like it’s a limited-edition item.
Customers shouldn’t feel awkward over something as small as syrup and butter. If supplies are that restricted, it should be communicated—otherwise, this just comes off as poor service. The food already isn’t great enough to justify the attitude. Service definitely needs improvement.

No avoid this place at all cost they messed up my order the person at counter was extremely rude.i order a impossible burger whn I drove away it was infection not a imposburger but regular after I took the first bite I got extremely sick. The guy at the counter was upset when I said hey it was to go can you please put it in a bag he even tried to put the fries that touched the counter in with my fries totally gross I recommend you go else where
