Went in last night, waited 20 minutes to get my food, they was playing talking to each other. Drive Thur backed up all the way round building, gave me my bag with a nasty attitude, first and last time going in that one.i heard about it, but I wanted to check it out I love Burger King. I was just passing by. I'm from Fayetteville nc.

I spent $30 @1250ish 11/7/2025 double whopper small combo extra pickle with a tea... crispy onion whoppercombo large with s fountain water bill wss 28.94. I call back to say the bread is not fresh it's old and crumblely. The smart mouth manager belvery locklear is in the wrong profession and hateful than hate arguing talking about we ain't got know old bread bring it back when you get off woman I work 30 minutes away for 4 hours and you think im coming back after that terrible service.

The cashier at the front the big boy is very rude and very loud, unprofessional my food was good but the service was terrible he was hollering and yelling at the other employees makeing a seen with paying customers in the lobby pls get rid of him

Food is good, and normally so are the drinks. Except for the past week or so. I’ll get a large tea and two kids teas, and all 3 teas are old tasting. Please make new tea more often.

So basically went in to dine in and I guess it was the manager kinda older he was outside smoking and came in on the phone and said he was gonna show them for lying on my name and started barking at the employee overall good food just he had a bad attitude towards his employees and it’s not a good look

Had the new smokehouse whopper. Pretty good. Ordered from the app while buddy ordered from counter. Both got our orders same time. Good customer service.

Went through the drive thru for an original chicken sandwich with cheese,as the person handed me the order I clearly asked did they put the cheese on the sandwich,was told yes,but when I got home no cheese on the sandwich,and I called and was told to bring the receipt,as I told them I don't stay near the restaurant I'm 40 minutes away,that's why I'm starting to hate going to restaurants,pay for something and get something totally different from what you asked for!!

Placed a mobile order and applied an offer for a FREE any sized fry with the purchase of any item over $1. I ordered a fry and a Coke. I mistakenly put on my mobile order a small fry instead of a large, and when I pulled to the window I asked if I could change it to a larger size. Even though the item was FREE, the manager said no. Very disappointing.
