Placed a mobile order and applied an offer for a FREE any sized fry with the purchase of any item over $1. I ordered a fry and a Coke. I mistakenly put on my mobile order a small fry instead of a large, and when I pulled to the window I asked if I could change it to a larger size. Even though the item was FREE, the manager said no. Very disappointing.

I went threw drive thru on Friday afternoon they were a little busy to big deal I was on my lunch break from work I paid cash for an almost 16$ order I’m 99% certain that I got the order ahead of me which is an honest mistake i called them 6 times and no one answered the phone I couldn’t go back up there due to needing to get back to work I called today and they tell me that I need to bring back the food in order to be refunded or have my original order remade I threw the order I got away ( which is all they where going to do anyway) so now I’m not only out a meal but the money I spent on it too the GM working today was vary rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be there

We went through the drive thru, they didn't get all of our order on the same ticket so they had to charge me twice which was not even the issue. The staff members were so rude the entire time when we were trying to explain what happened. One girl even got rude with us and said "If that ain't your order then why are you eating the food?" It was our order, the first part of it. This location seriously needs to get it together, there was no reason for them to be so rude to us, especially after we sat at the speaker waiting for at least 10 min.. not a happy customer at all and I will not return to that location..

When Will Burger King Adapt their menu to be Safe For Customers with Health Concerns Such as Diverticulitis they need Buns with No Sesame Seeds which Cause Bowel infections. What About Diabetic Customers they Need 100% Whole Grain Buns to Avoid Blood Sugar Spikes. One Could solve Both of these Problems by Providing Whole Wheat Buns for All their sandwiches & Burgers. Plus Burger is known to have the Worst Nutritional Facts on their Meat. Please Burger King Lower The Cholesterol & Fats in Your Meats the photo accompaniment reveals what I have to do to eat your Hamburgers swap the Bread to Either Whole wheat or Whole Grain Loaf bread
Well I gave them $100 bill they start staring at the money and call about three people over the look at it but it was fine The money was real but was messed up was they only gave me $$61 back and it was supposed to be $81 back I didn't count my money till I got home just put it in my pocket I live about an hour and a half away then when I called up there that night they told me to call back Monday instead of immediately going to count the drawer they made me wait two days and then Monday when I called I called a little late so I had to call back Tuesday then I was told that they're door wasn't short but it's been so many days and when the lady when it counted she couldn't easily just put that money in her pocket not saying that they did though hopefully I'm wrong but I know that's the only place I went and that's the only place I spent money at I should have had my change from the place but I been so make sure you count your money when you leave there cuz if you do not get it all they will not give it back to you Not saying the crux but the crux very disappointed and their ethics hopefully everybody else have a better experience there than I did everybody have a wonderful day The may God's spread his love to all of us

Came back to town & made the worst choice ? Yall are going to send someone to the hospital with them dern pickles & tomatoes. There is no reason why they should taste like CLEANING PRODUCTS. 2 whoppers & was only able to eat the patties.The short black lady ALWAYS has an attitude like someone is making her work there. She called my name & sat my bag down, I had to ask for my 2 drinks and icee.Its always loud in there because the store manager is barking orders yet nothing gets done. This is without a doubt the most raggedy BK in Lumberton.If youre from out of town & you read this.. do yourself a favor and go to the one by 211 East beside the Dollar General. The workers might look questionable but the food is ALWAYS fresh, correct & you actually get good customer service.. unlike this place which never has anything that was previously listed.
