Food is good, and normally so are the drinks. Except for the past week or so. I’ll get a large tea and two kids teas, and all 3 teas are old tasting. Please make new tea more often.

So basically went in to dine in and I guess it was the manager kinda older he was outside smoking and came in on the phone and said he was gonna show them for lying on my name and started barking at the employee overall good food just he had a bad attitude towards his employees and it’s not a good look

Went through the drive thru for an original chicken sandwich with cheese,as the person handed me the order I clearly asked did they put the cheese on the sandwich,was told yes,but when I got home no cheese on the sandwich,and I called and was told to bring the receipt,as I told them I don't stay near the restaurant I'm 40 minutes away,that's why I'm starting to hate going to restaurants,pay for something and get something totally different from what you asked for!!

Placed a mobile order and applied an offer for a FREE any sized fry with the purchase of any item over $1. I ordered a fry and a Coke. I mistakenly put on my mobile order a small fry instead of a large, and when I pulled to the window I asked if I could change it to a larger size. Even though the item was FREE, the manager said no. Very disappointing.

I went threw drive thru on Friday afternoon they were a little busy to big deal I was on my lunch break from work I paid cash for an almost 16$ order I’m 99% certain that I got the order ahead of me which is an honest mistake i called them 6 times and no one answered the phone I couldn’t go back up there due to needing to get back to work I called today and they tell me that I need to bring back the food in order to be refunded or have my original order remade I threw the order I got away ( which is all they where going to do anyway) so now I’m not only out a meal but the money I spent on it too the GM working today was vary rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be there
I don't dislike mayo, but rivers of it? I literally had to open the burger and scrape away piles of it with a napkin 🫤

We went through the drive thru, they didn't get all of our order on the same ticket so they had to charge me twice which was not even the issue. The staff members were so rude the entire time when we were trying to explain what happened. One girl even got rude with us and said "If that ain't your order then why are you eating the food?" It was our order, the first part of it. This location seriously needs to get it together, there was no reason for them to be so rude to us, especially after we sat at the speaker waiting for at least 10 min.. not a happy customer at all and I will not return to that location..
