I went 2 weeks I had worse experience it still Doesn’t sit right with me the older lady in front was very rude , the cook in back was cussing and fussing whole time , you could hear him in lobby , food was thrown together she had to call owner for me a refund on my mobile order , && I’m not even that type person because I work fast food , I genuinely wanted to try food && thought it would’ve been great experience,

11/25 update. SKIP THIS PLACE. Well for the last year at least there's no hit or miss anymore. Always poor quality food. Tonight it was two hour old fish fry that you couldn't come down with tartar sauce because they only have you one tablespoon for three fish filets. Crust was rubber like and the fish too dry to eat. The only thing passable was baked potato but of course they didn't put any butter or sour cream in the bag. Or salt and pepper. The fried okra was so soggy had to eat it with the spoon they did put in the bag.
Only fast food fish place in town. It's hit or miss in terms of food quality.

The lady that took our order was such a darling! This was our first time visiting a Captain D's and we were super satisfied. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and delicious! I prefer my fish with malt vinegar, and they had this readily accessible at the table.

Service was great along with the price! Only reason it took anywhere up to 10 minutes is because they freshly fried my order upon ordering it, which was fine with me lol

The customer service at the window was wonderful, but they did forget to give plasticware, napkins and the requested condiments with my order. So eating the sides not was not afforded. Also, I ordered a lemonade and was given water residue from lemonade. I suggest that you throughly check your entire order before leaving this establishment so you will not be short changed or disappointed. s/n: do not order the Lobster Rolls! They taste like they were made with canned lobster meat.
