I love Checkers!! It's in such a bad location so I'd recommend moving it at least, and they're super low staff. Negative star because one time I ordered buffalo chicken tenders and got regular!! Didn't even bother to go back to get what I ordered cause they even asked 3 times if that's what I wanted!

The Lumberton NC Restaurant Only Had One Employee Working & He Was Trying To Control Drive Thru, Walk Ups & CALL Ins Until His Shift Ended He Stated The Next Employee Would Have To Work Under These Conditions By HIMSELF T? #CheckersGiveThemARaise Because They Definitely Deserve It.

So they tell us they ran out of fries which i get it. But then to fix my whole sandwich wrong is completely unacceptable and i had to wait on it and no one was there. I will not be back

First time ever eating from checkers !!! Talk about an experience! The lady on the intercom miss Beverly greeted me warmly and let me know that they were only able to take cars today. Checkers has the brisket melt and loaded fries right now and that's this southern girls favorite type of bbq so I give that an order and swing around. Miss Beverly turned out to be the GM and was telling me about the brisket and how good it is and how mr. Denise was finishing putting everything together. She even made sure she had the right soda I ordered too by double checking with me before hanging it over. I hate getting the wrong drink especially when it's hot outside. She always smiled and Mr Denise handed me my food bag personally telling me it's going to be great and to have great day. When I finally get back to the office my food was amazing !!! The fries were still ferm and my sandwich was so juicy I used every napkin they gave me. Thanks for making my first visit to checkers that memorable. Thanks again miss Beverly and Mr Denise for sharing your kindness and smiles with me !!!

I went to Checkers about two hours ago at the Lumberton, N.C. location. The entire transaction the lady who took our order was rude and nasty! Also they were out of tea, and coca cola. She literally closed the window on me as I was talking! I will be calling to talk to the manager in the morning!

it was our first time coming to a checkers and we had a wonderful experience. food came out hot and fast and the lady in the drivethru window (Kameisha) was so kind and specified our modifications to us at the window. we will definitely be coming back again!
