The staff and the food are always the best. Always. The food is good, hot and fresh every time. My German Shepherd gives it 4 out of 4 paws. Sometimes she gets her own box of strips and sometimes we split a box of 10. She wolfs hers down and wags her tail the entire time she’s eating. She approves of the waffle fries too. Seriously, we love your food.

Incredibly rude, insulting service. When I told them (in the drive thru) that my vanilla iced coffee was bitter and I couldn’t taste much vanilla, the young man took it inside to add a little more vanilla. Destiny comes out to rudely inform me that she made my coffee exactly like the recipe calls for and if I want more vanilla, I’ll have to pay for it. I explained that I get it all the time and know what it normally tastes like. Out comes another employee, presumably a manager, whom I told I didn’t appreciate how rude Destiny had been and reiterated that I get this drink all the time. Instead of addressing the rude employee, she insisted I would have to pay for extra vanilla… but a way to charge me so I could finally get my request was never actually presented. They just gave me the same bitter coffee back. I’m sorry, but for $15 for one meal, a splash of cream is not that much to ask.
*Gave back a star since management did follow up with me to try to make it right.
**And kudos to Chick-fil-A corporate who immediately provided credits to my account for complimentary coffee and other goodies.

Have been to this location a few times. My egg white Grill was perfect. Got a vanilla iced coffee and it was bitter so I asked for another one thinking it was the vanilla flavoring that tasted odd and just put half and half in this one. It was more bitter. I let them know that the coffee obviously was not right and I have seen others that posted bitter coffee at this location also. I buy iced coffee from Chick-fil-A's all the time and they have never tasted like this. They were very nice though and the manager did ask how they could make it right.
