I love Chick-fil-A in general but this particular location was great. We received recommendations for what to choose and our food came out quickly and in true Chick-fil-A fashion, service with a smile.
Fries were over salted. My large fry was half filled. Front counter didn’t say my pleasure several times. No napkins in bag. Grilled club was good thought.
The chicken here is always cooked properly. Very juicy and delicious never dry. Waffle fries are great too. Staff is friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.

We stopped in at this Chikfila located in Lumberton NC when traveling down to South Carolina and on our return trip to Raleigh.We found the service courteous, accurate, and reasonably quick.We had a problem with a few of our nuggets that were more breading than chicken. Without skipping a beat the staff observed what the problem was, and resolved the issue with a new batch.The dining area and restrooms were clean. This location has an exceptional customer hospitality team that greets and assists in meeting customer needs.If you are passing by Lumberton on your trip up and down I-95, hop into this Chikfila location.
