We are frequent coldstone customers. The last few times we have went they are always out of product. Tonight there was one guy working. They didn't have half of their ice cream in the case and then didn't have toppings. My husband wanted strawberries and the guy bring back frozen solid strawberries. And the worker laughed and thought it was funny. We will not be going back to this location!

I came for the cake batter ice cream but they were out so I tried the French vanilla and coffee ice cream mixed. It was OK. I would try something different next time.

It was overall okay. The associate who asked what I wanted to order didn't have the knowledge to make it, he asked his already busy coworker to make mines. BUT my ice cream I couldn't finish as it had wayyyyy to much icing in it. It was like eating an icing milkshake. I tossed it quickly.
