There was burn chill on the hot dog and ff was so hard you can throw them at the wall and they would bounce back to you. Me and my aunt got the same thing. Hers was 9 and my was 10.

Food was excellent. But the service at the drive thru was unreal. You could barely understand what the employee was saying cuz the speaker outside is awful and when you finally get your order made the wait is forever.

I waited close to 10 minutes at the walk-up window. No acknowledged me. I even asked if they were serving there or I needed to do the drive through. No response, no attention. Last time I went service and food weren't that good either.

Sat in line at this location for over 15 minutes while on my lunch break from work while the employee at the window carried on a conversation at the window. After finally honking my horn and get to the window, I was greeted with an attitude. After getting my food and leaving, the sweet tea I had ordered was unsweet with no ice and The sandwich I had ordered had hair on it. Pure disgusting and sorry customer service.
