If I could leave ZERO stars I would!!! THE GM is so unprofessional my boyfriend had a hair in my food, he asked nicely could he have his food replaced! This is not the first time. This also happened in Pembroke with her. But he asked for his food to be replaced she rolled her eyes at him “the cookout window was cracked” she then told the whole store it was his beard hair… if she constantly runs this cookout it’s constantly gonna go down! SHE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE COOKOUT ATMOSPHERE… ive been to Lumberton location a few times but this is the first time ive seen her there but not the first time it’s happened with her…

The most difficult drive thru in town. Then when you finally get through the crazy maze... apparently they can't understand anything thru the speaker. Left...again...with no food. I'm done with this restaurant...every location in the state...they just don't care about customer service at all.
