A shame that I wasted $32 here. I don't know what they had going on tonight but both burgers wrong and somehow extremely salty like top fell off a salt shaker salty. Fries weren't completely cooked with enough seasoning to coat 8 orders of fries. Nuggets were hard and cold, no sauce after being told twice it was in the bag. Employee at the window was doing their job but the cook needs to be permanently off the grill and be moved to something more their speed. Problems at this location all the time at night but this definitely tops the cake for me because how can so much go wrong with one order. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Everything too expensive to be wasting money on food that's not even edible.

I ordered a double cheeseburger which definitely had a charred bbq taste and was just what I was in the mood for. This was my first time exploring a Cook Out location, so I was surprised it was a drive thru only, but more odd was there were two lines to put your order and the pick up windows crossed each other which was confusing.

It’s so frustrating to sit in a long line only to get to the speaker and see a sign “cash only” . You can’t just drive off you’re stuck until everyone moves. It would be great if customers could see this before getting trapped in a line. I don’t usually complain but this happens a lot in lumberton it’s cash only or cash only in the line you’re in and you would have to drive all the way around to get into the card line.

I could out “0” stars, I would. This has to be the SLOWEST cook at in the world. Dont let it get night time and you’ll really be waiting all day. Currently in line and have been sitting for 20 mins with no food. Somebody had been sitting at the window for 10 minutes waiting for food. Seen a worker peek through the window trying to see why the person behind me didn’t order when they came on the speaker. Both lines are backed up. This is very ridiculous.

The person taking our order gave us a free drink because they accidentally made an extra. Low on atmosphere because it's really only a drive thru, as far as I can tell. The oreo shake we got was delicious though. Will be going back for sure.
