Food was excellent. But the service at the drive thru was unreal. You could barely understand what the employee was saying cuz the speaker outside is awful and when you finally get your order made the wait is forever.
I ordered a double cheeseburger which definitely had a charred bbq taste and was just what I was in the mood for. This was my first time exploring a Cook Out location, so I was surprised it was a drive thru only, but more odd was there were two lines to put your order and the pick up windows crossed each other which was confusing.
The person taking our order gave us a free drink because they accidentally made an extra.
Low on atmosphere because it's really only a drive thru, as far as I can tell.
The oreo shake we got was delicious though. Will be going back for sure.
