I am assuming the waiter was new. The mashed potatoes served were like concrete and the chicken and dumplings had very little chicken and was dry as paste. They have not got the care they used to have. No one asked how the meals was at cash out time. Will not be returning any time soon as the cost doesn't reflect the poor quality

We arrived and were quickly seated and our waitress was quick to come for our drink orders but I was disappointed by hard and cold biscuits no $5 take home meals were available other than the grilled chicken and mashed potatoes but I saved the worse part for last. Our table was sticky and had coffee and gravy spots. And the Window seal beside behind and infront of me 😲 omg egg, cheese, pancake, salt (or sugar) and one obvious chunk of meat
I'll be back as always but I have never experienced this before in my whole life going to ANY including this specific location
Hire people who wanna do the job and not the ones who sit on the phone hiding from the duties expected out of them. HALEY WAS AWESOME BY THE WAY.

Was a party of 5. Instead of giving us a round bigger table we were given a small table with 4 chairs. When asked can we get a bigger table since it's 5 people and only 4 chairs lol the waiter stated that it will take longer for us to get served. When I asked why (because there were barley anyone in there) he said it was because he has two other tables to tend too. My daughter just said she will pull a chair up. Once our waiter..who wasn't that same man lol...came she took our drink orders. It took so long for our food to come. It definitely took 1 hour for our food. 2 people at our table had nothing to drink due to not being asked or brought refills due to the long wait. I had to ask can we get some biscuits and the refills came before we left. We were only asked 1 time if we were ok and that was after we had already eaten. The energy is far from inviting and the food was very bland. Once she brought the check she never asked was it all together so we ended up have to get separate tickets at the check out register. Definitely a no and never again for me !!!

I love the food at cracker barrel and when I eat in I get wonderful service, but everytime I do a take out order it gets screwed up. This last order, I ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots. They forgot the carrots. It has been something everytime. Normally I catch it before I leave but did not this time.

If I could leave a zero I would for the first time in my life . I love cracker barrel and to be overlooked at the table racism is alive and well. I was there for about 20 minutes and not one server came over too me. It is never okay to sit and serve someone else without acknowledge that someone has been waiting I guess I was not the right color so to my 20,000 followers I repeat do not stop at this cracker barrel the manager was no help at all. I will also be reporting this to corporate as well. So now all cracker barrels will suffer. No excuses.

This was the worst experience I have ever experience. You want to be known for your racism it bad very bad. I suggest that you stay far far away. Y'all are officially on the list of restaurants to be boycotted.

We got a table right away, but then waited over an hour for our food on a night that wasn’t busy. Our waitress never refilled our water. What a sad display of customer service. Maybe some better training is in order. When the food finally came out you would think piping hot, not so much, like warm, ridiculous

We were there at 8:30 pm. Just before closing, the service was great. The food was dried out, cornbread dressing and seasoned rice were crunchy, dried out. The rest of the meal was delicious. Biscuits were as hard as hockey puks

Great service but less than great food macaroni was damn near cold no gravy on any of the mashed potatoes, no silverware in our bag no butter for the biscuits so absolutely disappointed in the food to the absolute max, but they were friendly enough
