Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This particular location used to be great but the last time I went the food was tasteless and the service was slow even though they weren't busy. I left very disappointed and I very hesitant about ever going back. I hope for theirsake all locations aren't like this now.

This once great place to eat and relax has let the quality of its food go from grade A meats and farm fresh taste, to cheaper less satisfying products. Very sad to see.

Service was EXTREMELY slow. We also had to wait 45 minutes to receive our food after ordering. Hadn't plan on spending our entire afternoon at Cracker Barrel. Our family hates the new logo by the way. Bring back the down home atmosphere from days past. Nothing wrong with history. Also meatloaf is not what is once was.

Well this was unexpected, this is the first time I was ever at a cracker barrel that took longer than 20mns to get our food out. It was a solid 40 or more. Everything else was great.

We just left from having lunch here, and honestly, it was not the best experience. The food was just okay my rice was dry, and the baked chicken wasn’t much better. What really turned me off, though, was the atmosphere. The floor manager (with a tablet in her hand) was fussing at the hostess right out in the open, and after our meal, I saw that same hostess crying through the window. That really rubbed me the wrong way. No employee should be treated like that in front of guests, and it definitely made the whole dining experience feel uncomfortable.

Nice quiet dinner. Food was delicious and service was decent. I like the store at the entrance. Plenty of parking. Reasonable price. Cracker Barrel never disappoints.

Service was terrible. Had to go up front after 15 minutes and ask where the server was. Then waited another 10 minutes and a different waitress went to get our server. Food came out cold. Had to repeatedly ask for a refill.

I hate to give poor reviews but this one is well earned. We have been eating at this location for years as we use to live very close by. We eat there still at least 5-6 times a year as we love Cracker Barrel and often stop when we travel. Today, we had our dog with us and so I placed the order to go on the app for curb side. After the time for the order came and went I went inside. I never got an email which is odd, but my credit card was charged. They told me nothing was there and they’d get the general manager to check. Wait. Wait. Wait. Ask again. Then a text comes asking me which shopping spot we were in for curbside. Suddenly, it was located (and had been there for about 15 minutes getting cold). It is very clear to us that the management of this location is not sufficiently trained. Our last half dozen visits here have not been what we are used to. Makes us sad. And to add a little cherry on top our order was incorrect and some condiments were missing.

Great comfort food!
5 years ago this food was great and so was the service. I can’t say the same now. I have had several disappointing meals lately. Today was another. We waited an hour total with very few customers on an early Friday evening before getting our food. My meatloaf was cold and when I cut into it, the hamburger was raw. What has happened to this place?
