Typically love this place, last visit was terrible. Waited forever because cooks weren't there, had to wait for cooks. Then the food was over cooked. The steak, the bacon, the country ham, and the pancakes were so tough you actually needed a knife to cut them

Greta location right off the highway... Cracker Barrel is always pretty cosistently good. But server was fantastic! Made me feel like I was at friend's house for dinner.

Friendly staff. And fast service
Although this location was very busy the Friday after Thanksgiving, our wait to be seated was only 15 minutes. Our waitress promptly too our drink order and our food order. I ordered the fried turkey and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Waitress was a bit pushy and the check out lady was very rude

Fine vittles, decent service, the ambiance was not that old country diners anymore. There are less an-tee-ques, and just doesn't look as rustic. Bit the food, although less of a serving, was excellent.

My family and I went for dinner on Saturday evening and the place was basically deserted and remember just a short while ago on Saturday evening the place would have been full. Our server I can't remember her name but she acted like her mind was elsewhere she kept forgetting things and while standing behind my 14 month old granddaughters high chair she dropped her order pad and it almost hit her. I know accidents happen but this young lady at the time was conversating with a nearby table instead of paying attention. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't the best I've had from Cracker Barrel and it certainly wasn't hot at all. The only thing hot was the tea because it was melting the ice. I personally think it's a shame when a restaurant doesn't honor any kind of discounts like for Veterans Law Enforcement or First Responders. The merchandise in the store is expensive and I remember when they offered gift wrapping which of course they no longer do.

The CEO of cracker barrel has probably never been in one. Her customer survey was taken in NYC meat market area, no in the south and Midwest. She should go back to,maybe managing a McDonald's
