Ordered on the 16th and got told they don’t deliver where I was at and that they were giving me my refund back called found out they delivered it somewhere else the manager said she sent in my refund and today’s the 20th and I still haven’t gotten my refund and I call and they leave me on hold I want my money and if I have to sue I will

We are in a hotel after a very long road trip. Ordered a pizza and a salad. Pizza was delivered with 2 forks and salad dressing. No salad. Guy went back and got the salad. Came back - no plates, no napkins. He said they weren't on the order! They delivered this to a hotel but didn’t think yo give us napkins. So disgusted. Never order from Dominoes and never will again.

Nasty nail in pizza and they won't take accountability

I have been ordering from this dominos for 3.5 years. And I have ordered buffalo sauce on my pizza on the regular and it never gets put on the pizza, used to have a delivery not to not forget it they still would. Recently I finally put in a customer care case. Spoke to the new general manager about this concern. Ordered tonight and same issue, got a remake, but this is beyond frustrating and exhausting to have this happen too often. I know me not ordering won’t cause a true loss in revenue. It’s infuriating when I raised my concern to the GM and he assured me he was going to speak with his team about it, and less than a week from that conversation it happens again.

Pizza was soggy
Ordered online to have it delivered to the hotel I was staying at. The app has a "tracker" to see the progress of your pizza. My order showed up as being delivered at least 5 to 10 minutes before I ever received it. I had to call and talk to the manager, and she must've called the driver as I started getting a call from him shortly after. The driver admitted to marking it as delivered to try and "cheat the system ". The front desk of hotel said that was a common experience with that particular store, and suggested that I find another pizza place to deliver in the future.

I have been a customer for many years, but the worst pizza I have ever bought at Domino's, the raw crust on both pizzas, the flavor of the pizza with garlic sauce was horrible, both pizzas were trashed. I wasted my money on this purchase.

Very arrogant and rude staff. I ordered Chicken pizza and they gave me unknown peace of *S* . Literally I left the “food”for them to help themselves and went an other place. They owe me my golden 15 minute waiting time.
Employees are very rude and disrespectful. Never received my food and the delivery driver got lost. THEN got cursed out asking about my order.
