There’s been a problem for quite some time with a female employee here in the mornings who acts out against customers.
She makes them wait for unnecessary extended time at the drive-through (ignores them), doesn’t respond when you call for someone to take your order and then is hostile , makes you repeat your order, giggles to other co-workers about how she is manipulating and controlling you, gives you the wrong food, then tries to frustrate you with a passive-aggressive, “have a nice day…” as you leave.
People like this are very sick.
The manager needs to address this situation.
The Dunkin’s has a bad reputation for employee immaturity and unprofessionalism around town. Get rid of that employee.

The girl on the mic is absolutely horrendous (2/19/25 at 10:20 AM). She clearly didn’t want to be there, didn’t give us a second to decide what we wanted, and made us repeat it 4 times. She told us they didn’t have coffee and milk… A coffee shop doesn’t have coffee and milk?
At the window my boyfriend asked for a black coffee, her response, with the nastiest attitude, was that she couldn’t make add-ons at the window. This is a fast food place that allows add-ons at the window when she’s not there. We left without our order because we were concerned of the food being tampered with considering we were met with an unpleasant demeanor.
She doesn’t need to take out her hatred of her job on her customers. Her management should be ashamed of themselves if this is what their training amounts to.
