Terrible service! Always late, rude staff, constant mistakes, filthy place. Morning girl with purple hair is the worst! The branch manager really needs to change their staff before they ruin Dunkin’’s reputation even more !

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the extremely poor service at this Dunkin’ location. Unfortunately, my husband and I have experienced repeated issues here due to the lack of any other branch nearby.
Every visit through the drive-thru takes over 15 minutes for just a simple coffee order, despite the store not being busy. To avoid this, my husband once went inside to order directly, but after being ignored for over 20 minutes and repeatedly told to “wait,” he left frustrated without even placing his order.
Two weeks later, I tried again myself. I stood waiting for more than 30 minutes while employees sat around, given orders to the new staff member who seemed to understand nothing, and completely ignored me. I was repeatedly told “just wait,” only to be asked again what I wanted after several minutes. Eventually, I received the wrong order. When I politely addressed this, the female employee with purple hair shouted at me before I could even finish speaking, insisting on a refund instead of correcting the mistake—after wasting nearly an hour of my time.
To make matters worse, the store was visibly dirty, staff were not wearing gloves, and only when one employee saw me taking photos did she put them on.
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Dunkin’ branch. The lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and basic respect for customers is unacceptable. It is shocking that this location is allowed to operate under the Dunkin’ name.
We will never return here, and I strongly urge immediate review and corrective action for this branch.

It’s chaotic that we wait most times when going in for 20 mins for 3 drinks when there weren’t many people in there. Employee running around complaining makes things more chaotic. But we got a free coffee bc of the chaos and they were nice. And the coffee was good!

ordered 2 lattes from this location this morning. When I got to the window the girl that gave me the drinks didn’t acknowledge me at all. Then I realized that neither drink was completely full. I paid for medium drinks and practically got smalls. Drinks were not hot either. We used to love this location but it’s going downhill. The inside of the establishment looks horrible too. Leaks all over the ceilings.
We visited around 4:30 PM on May 20, 2025. At the time, there were two staff members working. Upon entering, we were told the system wasn’t working and were asked to place our order through the app, which we were fine with. However, when we requested an empty cup for water, one of the staff members rang it up on the system. When we asked how the system was suddenly working, we were ignored and then rudely asked multiple times to pay for the cup.
We ordered a few coffees, avocado toast, and a jelly donut. Unfortunately, the toast was served on untoasted bread, and the service took 20–30 minutes for what should’ve been a quick and simple order. Both staff members seemed disinterested and dismissive, making the overall experience feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.

This Dunkin is clean and has the best tea for me so far. I also like their coffee it famous for a reason! There is a place to eat outside and an inside sit down area, Seems like okay place for sitting for a short period. Add plants or something though. Over positive experience. Manager is very good at knowing how service should be and works with his staff to keep them with this focus.
