Ordered subs for our church to serve the staff of a local school. Excellent service at Firehouse subs! The manager, Mr Barry, was helpful, courteous, and patient with me as I placed the order. I was a little early for pick up and my order was complete and he helped me load my vehicle too. Thankful for the lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments placed in separate containers as well as napkins too. Food was DELICIOUS!!! I got a sub which tasted alright overall I had a decent experience. Although the person I was eating with got a salad and wasn't able to eat it due to the leaves being wilted and not good.
My husband and I always go to this one because it's close by and we never have any problems. Everything is always delicious and everyone is always pleasant.

We loved the all girls staff, they were informative, helpful, pleasant. The restaurant was clean, and pleasant to walk into. The food was excellent. We will definitely make this restaurant our stop when driving along 95.

I’ve been going to firehouse subs since it first opened in Jacksonville, Florida. Worst management I’ve encountered. Very rude and handled a problem unprofessionally. Will never go back to this location. If the management sees this, I suggest remaking your sign for the kids deal on Sunday. It does not state medium or large combos as you stated. If you mentioned that before I ordered I would have bought a medium and still saved money.

Stopped there on 3-19-23 and got 2 footling subs and 2 oatmeal cookies, the wheat bread was so overcooked and tuff when you bit into the bread you had to pull it with your teeth and the cookies were so hard you could not bight into them partially burnt, and the staff are not friendly at all
